The Subway on 80th has some of the best employees that go out of their way to give customers exactly what they want.

Do not order Subs here because they do not honor coupons or coupon codes in the app or in the store. Other Subways do.
I had contacted this Subway about a month or so ago about their stale bread and churros. Finally got an email from the owner the other day that basically said nothing about how he would remake my food or anything. Just saying that we hope to see you back.
I will NOT be back.
Ever since being under new ownership this Subway has been a dumpster fire.
I miss the cool, alternative young adults that used to work there. The food was way better then, too.

I ordered my footlong at a discount and only got one half of the sandwich. Then I called the store multiple times from multiple numbers and not one call got answered. Feel pretty disrespected and will not recommend this subway to anyone in Kenosha.

Every time I order on the app they somehow mess up the sandwich. It's always missing stuff. There's barely anything on it what they did manage to put on.guess from now on I gotta go inside and watch them make it

Ordered online because they wouldn't apply the $6.99 foot long subway is offering any other way. After we placed our order they proceeded to serve the many new customers that kept coming in the door.

Ordered online. App said order was ready. Got to subway they hadn’t even started our order because they were too busy goofing around. Then once they got yelled at by a manager (20 minutes of us waiting for the order inside after waiting 20 minutes after placing the order) they made the incorrect sandwiches. Tried calling 4 times to get no answer. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.
Giving up on this location, it's trash. Ordered the #42 "Homestyle Chicken Salad" wrap advertised at $7.29 on the board. Charged $7.99 at checkout and when I pointed it out they basically had the attitude of "oh well." I believe that is called false advertising and illegal. Second, the person making the wrap immediately took the chicken and put into the microwave but I didn't ask for that. How many of you people microwave chicken salad with mayo in it? All the workers were confused on how to make it. Was then told they basically put the hot chicken and stir in mayo, but today there is no mayo and no "chicken salad" so just pick a sauce. Would have ordered something entirely different if I had known. All the chairs were put on top of the tables for cleaning at 6:30pm and a line of customers in the store. When the line of people was gone, workers started blasting music from the back. Not sure I can say a single positive thing about this visit other than I am not going back. Owners of this franchise should be ashamed.
