I had contacted this Subway about a month or so ago about their stale bread and churros. Finally got an email from the owner the other day that basically said nothing about how he would remake my food or anything. Just saying that we hope to see you back. I will NOT be back. Ever since being under new ownership this Subway has been a dumpster fire. I miss the cool, alternative young adults that used to work there. The food was way better then, too.

When I asked if they are participating in the veterans day free 6 inch sub , the owner replied "maybe not today" hahahahahaha
I ordered my footlong at a discount and only got one half of the sandwich. Then I called the store multiple times from multiple numbers and not one call got answered. Feel pretty disrespected and will not recommend this subway to anyone in Kenosha.

Every time I order on the app they somehow mess up the sandwich. It's always missing stuff. There's barely anything on it what they did manage to put on.guess from now on I gotta go inside and watch them make it
