BEWARE. They do not stay open their full hours. Hours say 9 o’clock online and in store. Went on a Friday night at 8 o’clock and the guy was out chatting with one of the Walmart employees and when u asked for a sandwich he said they were closing early. I used to work at a deli and understand getting a jump start on cleaning on a Friday night but a full hour early and to refuse service is ridiculous. Further more to be rude and try to make me feel like it is my fault and I am an inconvenience is wild. Never again. I hope he was not the shop owner or franchisee that is bad business

1st subway I been to where you can’t see them make your food fully. Also the worker does not understand English which is a bit necessary and he did not seem very friendly doesn’t greet you or smile.

If you can't hire help who speaks English understandably, at least hire folks who can LISTEN to English and understand it! My wife ordered by number, "20". The guy behind the counter started to make number 23. We both repeated "20" numerous times. All we got from the guy behind the counter was a blank stare. Additionally, there was a sign posted that there was no ice. That did not tell us that the fountain drinks were not even cold in the least. Not refrigerated at all!. Fountain drinks were all they had; none in the cooler. All in all, this was the WORST SERVICE and worst sandwiches we've ever had at Subway! Find a different Subway to go to!

I was at Subway yesterday at 3500 Brumback Blvd. Jenn made my BMT. It was the best sandwich I've ever had at Subway. She was professional and courteous. I hope this gets back to her manager so she could be recognized.
13.29 for a foot long drink and cookies is ridiculous I can get the same thing in Illionis for 10.89 I noticed that all the fast food services out here never want to correct there mistakes I guess that’s how bad Kenosha is struggling and I’m from Illionis
