Food was cold and I didnt have time to turn around right away to return the food..later returned and told the store about it and a guy with dreads seems to not care and says he can see the food being made fresh. I won't be purchasing food from here again!

On 4/13 at 6:00 pm I placed a large order for in store pickup. When I arrived the staff told me a Door Dasher must've taken it by mistake. They said there's nothing they can do about it, even though they knew exactly what happened to my order. Refused to refund, or even just remake it(which would've made the most sense for me). It's just ridiculous that any store would just refuse to do anything for a paying customer.
I'd recommend not going to this location at all. Their service sucks, and if you really want fast food, just go anywhere else.
Also, I reached out to Taco Bell customer service, but at this point have not received a refund.

Went inside to dine in. Little kid (child of a employee most likely) working the dinning area came up said someone will be with you. Between 3-5 minutes never greeted by 3 employees that came up to the register. What a joke. Ended up walking out.
