Service and atmosphere 100% ugly tonight. I went there for a DoorDash and was nothing but calm and nice and just was wondering about how long until the DoorDash was going to be ready and they ignored me for 13 minutes on the intercom so I had pulled up to the window And the manager came over and yelled. Don’t ever come back onto my property and then slammed the window in my face and then proceeded to discriminate my color against me when talking to the police of Kenosha so then Kenosha police had shown up and they said that I am never to be able to step foot onto that Taco Bell again otherwise I will be arrested for trespassing, but how she had treated a customer was speechless. Managers name was Danisha

Every time I come here the staff is very respectful the lobby is clean the bathrooms are clean and they make my food fresh every time nothing but respect from my Taco Bell on Sheridan we don't do 52nd over here. It's all love thank you

I waited over 45 minutes for my order inside the dining room. Other customers were stuck waiting too. Seriously, I could’ve ordered delivery from somewhere else and had it here faster than they got my food ready. This place really needs to get it together.

Parking: It's in field parking, lots n lots of room for handicap drop off next to the building n go park ur van.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of activities for kids to play n feed the animals, hay rides, lots of good food, etc..
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all good for the wheelchair. The bathroom is nice, clean, and new. Also, they have a portal bathroom n portal sinks to wash your hands.

Don’t bother asking for no sour cream or no lettuce on anything because they will make sure to put it on there. Even when you tell them 3 times. At this point it feels like they do it on purpose, I been going for 3-4 years to this location and I’ve gotten about 15+ refunds or replacements of my order from how much they mess it up. Now I moved about 10-15 minutes away from this location and it is not worth the driving back and forth for a refund of a $3 item. If you ever want to make substitutions to a item DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION they will mess it up EVERY SINGLE TIME
