I am reporting this location! They charge $1.00 for a cup of ice! How ridiculous is that?? McDonalds changes 50¢ & I thought that was high! I will be contacting the district! Also my nachos barely had any meat on it! Waste of my money!

most of the time there is no issues. however there is a worker who drives a black mitsubishi gallant with a illinois plate, that car just so happened to back into our bmw then he tries to leave. he came back after he saw us run out knowing he got caught, and he gave us his insurance and it was expired! came to get food left with 3k in damages on our bmw!

I ordered my favorite!! A Mexican Pizza, two grilled stuffed steak burritos and a soft Taco! It was made promptly and exactly how I ordered. (I ask for no beans or tomato and to add jalapeños to everything!) I will be back shortly!!Vegetarian options: The 7 layer burrito is vegetarian and delicious!!
This was our 3rd order messed up in a very short amount of time, finally got tired of it, contacted corporate and emailed my complaint. I received a call back from regional manager Rachel who I must say was extremely polite and professional. Rachel advised she wouid make it right, and she did, I commend Rachel for her professional customer service, wish we had more Rachel's out there.

Walked in, took 25 minutes for 5 tacos and 2 soft drinks and they still left out stuff I paid for. Any other taco bell in town, no problem. Just never had a correct order in the bag here, drive thru or otherwise.

Ordered a bunch of food last night around 1 30 am. We were the only car in the drive through. We drove home to realize they forgot 2 items we Paid for. Look for the recept in the bag. There is none. They even got one of our orders wrong when we said no lettuce and tomato. OH and the cinnamon twists we ordered? Had NO cinnamon on them. The employees who work at night are all idiots. Never going back there again.

No meat in my grilled cheese burrito and mostly just rice and chipotle sauce. There was so much chipotle sauce you couldn't even taste the rest of the burrito. Just disgusting not to mention the hair in my wrapper. It wasn't grilled properly and I know cuz I've worked for a taco bell in the past and this was just a horrible burrito. I could get more from a xxl grilled stuffed burrito or a chili cheese burrito. And the management have a horrible customer service skills. You can't call to complain cuz nobody answers the phone ever. Newer Staff is super lazy everyone is standing around doing nothing but looking at phones playing with ear buds or disappear when orders are on the screen and expect someone else to do it for them. Honestly if you want to watch dysfunctional people go here and watch only one person does their actual job. Retrain your crew. Or here's a clue Hire a crew trainer to properly train your staff and do the correct weight of each food item and your food cost won't be so freaking high point blank....Update: train your staff not during busy hours and can maybe they can succeed in doing a proper job. First off I have tried this place again and still no proper training for the crew who now can't read a screen to be able to make a proper beef burrito supreme I watched them make it three times and still screw it up top it off my taco only had meat and cheese like where's the lettuce. I could be able to run that whole store with my eyes closed that's how bad it is. And then they can't keep proper trained managers to there at the store. You try to call and nobody answers and I've watched them take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer the phones. Do any of the managers hold a food and safety license that's updated. It doesn't take rocket science to make a taco or a burrito supreme. ..... Here's a clue: tell them what starts the order and what ends it!! And anything that says supreme is automatically sour cream and tomatoes!!
