Worst Taco Bell in Kenosha. Everything is price way higher than any other Kenosha location(6.99 compared to 9.99 for instance for one menu item and $1.79 for cheese inside of a tortilla compared to $1 at other Taco Bells) on top of this the service is the worst and it’s just dirty both inside and in the parking lot with the parking lot full of potholes. Stay away and go 1-2 miles down the road for a real Taco Bell.

May 31st 3:30 p.m., just had the rudest interaction with a staff member, I don't even know what her name was. She was older glasses, chubby and extremely rude. I went through the drive-thru ordered literally three things and was asked to pull up which is not a problem to a tree. Literally eight trees at the end of the parking lot. I pull up to one that's not blocking the drive-thru. I could hear her huffing and puffing as she approached me. I could definitely tell she was not happy, her directions were definitely not clear, she approached and said not that tree. You're at the wrong tree. I'm pointing to the tree at the end of the drive-thru, my response was. I'm sorry. I thought this was the tree as the other tree I would have been blocking the drive-thru, her response was no you wouldn't in a snarky tone. I told her that she was very pleasant and she should have a nice day. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again and I'm thinking about actually calling corporate cuz that was absolutely ridiculous

The window attendant was rude and very sarcastic. I was so upset I will never be back. Just as an fyi I usually never opt for fast food, and after that interaction, i never will. I know you think who cares, but my resources and friends extend to thousands. I wouldn’t even take home the food after all of the laughing when they handed it to me. Your staff was taken back when I asked them to provide information when they asked me to contribute to Taco Bell. Your employee had no knowledge or information as to where the money went. I find this very unexceptionable and a poor excuse for an American based company. Good luck and good and good bye.

I came at 2:15 am and they said “we’re not taking any orders anymore”. What? Might as well say you’re closed at 2 am then if you’re supposed to be closed at 3 am technically. On top of that the intercoms BLARED to a car bass level LOUD with the most unpleasant sound at 2 am jezuz. Makes no sense to falsely advertise close time hours if you don’t take orders before your set time to close with plenty of time to get orders in but I’ll move on you don’t need my business that’s fine.

I went through the drive-through and was told to park out front and they would bring my order to me. I sat in my car for 30 minutes and nobody came out. I went inside and was told that they couldn’t find my car. The only spot open was on the end of their front parking, otherwise I would’ve had to park in a handicap spot which is illegal. When I went inside, she acted like it was my fault that my food wasn’t brought out to me like they said it would be. I had no problem with going in and getting it myself, but I didn’t know that it was even done. By the time I got the food, it was cold and when I asked if they could remake it, they made a big deal about it and acted like I was an inconvenience.
THIS LOCATION IS BEYOND PATHETIC, I CAN'T STRESS HOW SLOW THEY ARE. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The only way you’re able to order from this place Past 2 AM is if you order through DoorDash And pay more money to either have it delivered or picked up. If you try to order through mobile app, it tells you to change locations even though it’s still open and you can’t order in person with their Order menu screen being completely off. They Basically close at 2 AM not unless you want to pay more.

Got halfway through my order at the screens to be told the lobby was closed, to go to my car, and get the app, place an order, and get in line in the drive through. My family and I left. This is the 3rd time I haven't been able to get service at this location. That's the charm Taco Bell. I'm not coming back. I drive past other locations everyday that are easier to get too and you don't feel for your safety in the parking lot. This location is closer to my home but between the road being thrashed and the parking lot just being disgusting. Shady people chilling in cars in the lot clearly selling drugs or getting high I just can't see how even keeping this location open is safe for the public after this experience today on 1-23- 2025 at 4:50pm. The parking lot is loaded with people just hanging out watching the customers get turned away.
Parking: This location feels very unsafe. Parking lot are covered in trash and people hanging out in cars, not eating. Leering.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring children here after dark.
