I ordered 4 tacos in 4 beanborrios.I got my tackles the way I wanted them.But only received one bean burrito and three rice and bean burritos instead of my bean burritos. I probably will not ever go to that taco bell again

Went to Taco Bell. I like going every now and then, however service here has declined immensely. I would NOT recommend going here anymore. Asked for soft steak taco and they put beef and tried to cover it up with pieces of steak. When I went back around I received an attitude and the new soft steak taco was just thrown in the bag. For there being 3-4 employees there and no line, you’d think you’d get some decent service. They didn’t even cut the chicken quesadilla which only had 5 pieces of chicken. Highly dissatisfied

Most of the employees there were worried about shearing stories about drunk people, watching videos on there phone and swearing up a storm. I won't be back
Everybody is usually really nice, but tell me why they want to sabotage my food I have a picture of 8 jalapeño’s loaded in my steak grilled cheese burrito

Worst Taco Bell in Kenosha. Everything is price way higher than any other Kenosha location(6.99 compared to 9.99 for instance for one menu item and $1.79 for cheese inside of a tortilla compared to $1 at other Taco Bells) on top of this the service is the worst and it’s just dirty both inside and in the parking lot with the parking lot full of potholes. Stay away and go 1-2 miles down the road for a real Taco Bell.

May 31st 3:30 p.m., just had the rudest interaction with a staff member, I don't even know what her name was. She was older glasses, chubby and extremely rude.
I went through the drive-thru ordered literally three things and was asked to pull up which is not a problem to a tree. Literally eight trees at the end of the parking lot. I pull up to one that's not blocking the drive-thru. I could hear her huffing and puffing as she approached me. I could definitely tell she was not happy, her directions were definitely not clear, she approached and said not that tree. You're at the wrong tree. I'm pointing to the tree at the end of the drive-thru, my response was. I'm sorry. I thought this was the tree as the other tree I would have been blocking the drive-thru, her response was no you wouldn't in a snarky tone. I told her that she was very pleasant and she should have a nice day. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again and I'm thinking about actually calling corporate cuz that was absolutely ridiculous

I guess they had a bad experience with a prior customer so they decided to toss a full drink into my car as soon as they opened the window? No matter the situation, don't go there. It's not worth the upholstery in your car.
THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, AND EVERY WORKER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!. absolutely horrrrible service. All workers have a terrible attitude and don't even care about any customer

I usually never write a review but I feel I need to. It seems every time we come to this Taco Bell it horrible!! It takes forever, missing items and when ordering on line it still take over a half hour to get our food. Very dissatisfied
The window attendant was rude and very sarcastic. I was so upset I will never be back. Just as an fyi I usually never opt for fast food, and after that interaction, i never will. I know you think who cares, but my resources and friends extend to thousands. I wouldn’t even take home the food after all of the laughing when they handed it to me. Your staff was taken back when I asked them to provide information when they asked me to contribute to Taco Bell. Your employee had no knowledge or information as to where the money went. I find this very unexceptionable and a poor excuse for an American based company. Good luck and good and good bye.

Last two times only accepting mobile orders. This last time only door dash. Wanna hear a joke? The punchline is this establishment.
I came at 2:15 am and they said “we’re not taking any orders anymore”. What? Might as well say you’re closed at 2 am then if you’re supposed to be closed at 3 am technically. On top of that the intercoms BLARED to a car bass level LOUD with the most unpleasant sound at 2 am jezuz. Makes no sense to falsely advertise close time hours if you don’t take orders before your set time to close with plenty of time to get orders in but I’ll move on you don’t need my business that’s fine.
