Three times now I've ordered breakfast online, showed up, all the lights were one and the drive thru board was on but I had to cancel my order because there was no one inside working.

Spent about 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting (STUCK) in the drive threw waiting to place my order. Left my car to go inside and find out. Employee said only 2 were working. One, Higher employees that show up, And put enough of em together on the same shift. 2, even with 2 people the line should have been moving faster then it was. They aren't making gourmet dishes. I had to ask the guy in front to hug the side so I could hop the curb to leave. Terrible 1st experience at this location.
Just went through the drive thru, the gal at the window was a sweetheart. We needed that smile today, thank you.

We stopped here because we were in need of a quick bite. Never again. The store wasn't open so we were forced to go through the drive through. We were stuck for over 30 minutes with no way out of the line. When we finally got to a window, the employee was rude and dismissive of my frustration. He indicated there were large orders. If a fast food place can't figure out how to balance that to keep things moving, it needs new management. We could have gone to a sit down with better food and service for the time we wasted at this pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant.

The food was decent and the place was somewhat clean. The staff was basically rude teenagers. Yes, the drive thru kept them busy, but hellos and thank you's go a long way. Heck, even saying my name to let me know my order is up is not hard. Look up, acknowledge someone and then get on with your conversation.
