Every time we've been here the manager claims our online order isn't in the system and takes an extra 10 minutes "troubleshooting" before just looking at the order on my end and making the food. I'm not sure other people even work at this location given the fact that he is the only person there each time. We've given it like 4 tries, we'll go to the Racine location in the future.

The price you pay is not the price they advertised and even the menu board shows 5.49 for a box special and you pay 8.99 they say the menu board is wrong. I think it's bait and switch.

Placed a mobile order for drive through, once arrived I thought it would be an easy in because there was one car in drive through. I was wrong! Turns out it takes 5-10 minutes for each car to get a person talking to them through the speaker. Once we finally get to the window our food isn’t ready and we wait a long time again. Once the food came I made sure to see if everything was in there but, I was greeted with tomato pieces at bottom of bag and who knows what else. One taco felt cold, I don’t even know if it was even our taco. Hopefully the food isn’t bad. This was at high noon on a WednesdayEdit:just had the food it tastes good and hot, we got a spare taco. But Taco Bell is not worth a 30 minute wait2nd Edit: they forgot the hot sauce. Food is now one star

I came in to get a burrito. I had to use the bathroom urgently due to a medical condition before ordering, and to my surprise after nuking their bathroom they had no toilet paper. Had to raincheck the burrito and go home and take a shower. Also slipped on wet floor while walking into the restaurant to make the matter worse. It was downpouring outside and they were to lazy to dry the floor. How can a restaurant known for causing explosive reactions not stock up on damage control? Beats me. I guess yall can call me Oppenheimer now, cuz I came out of that bathroom radioactive af. If you have IBS beware of Taco Bell, it makes it worse (veteran tip) and you won't be able to clean up.

Late nite travel munchDoritos taco supreme...last try, after 2 previous, male taking drive thru orders went back his self n Made sure order was CORRECT. WhewWw? in Kenosha WIHe was polite, apologetic, but female was snapping, rolling eyes, true it was close to closing approximately 10:30ish BUTTT U'RE Still ON THE CLOCK! u want to punch out BUTTTTT U'RE NOTTTT off til 11... AgainnNn ONE Doritos taco supreme...three times to get this order right n MeEe OUTTA UR HAIR?

They closed the dining room without any sign on the door. It took 10 minutes to get to the mic to order. Once up there I had to initiate any kind of communication which took 3 minutes of me getting impatient. Got to the window, still no hello. Got our food and got home. I live 1 minute away, it took 20 minutes round trip. I got to finally eat my food and it was cold since I did a mobile pick up. I have never been more disappointed. I get being understaffed but it took the guy way too long to get anything done. If the dining room was open I wouldn't have cold food.
