I have always loved Texas Roadhouse, it has been such a great visit, UNTIL I went on Sunday, April 21. My waiter with glasses not sure his name he didnt even say his name, his section is by the bathrooms.His Customer service was horrible, he didn't make me feel comfortable to order my meal. I asked for just one side , he refused to do that and told me "YOU CANNOT DO THAT"... I am a client I should not be told what to do. I felt very disrespected, I left before having my meal because of the way he made me and my boyfriend feel. It was such a disappointment because I truly love this restaurant.When we asked for the check, the waiter and manager did not ask if everything is ok..

I choose this restaurant for my husband’s birthday gathering, I called ahead to prepare them for the large gathering and everything was running smoothly until I get there, you see 2 people called me to say they couldn’t attend and one was running late because he’s a police officer so he has a hectic schedule, anyway I go to check in and a woman at the front counter tells me she can’t seat us until all party is there very rudely, even after I told her the situation she still had no compassion at all, I just said the other person wasn’t coming just to be seated and eat, she was like so there not coming I said no then she repeats looks at me and says okay if they show then they won’t be seated smh, we get our food and everyone food is wrong except for two people, steaks are extremely bloody like raw, but are host was awesome, we loved her, never going back to this location again

I know we all take for granted our servers from time to time, but sometimes their efforts mean more than usual. I was here with my wife and 2 children to celebrate my birthday, but my children were both a WRECK (mostly hangry) this evening. I almost turned the car around twice on the way to dinner. Most parents have been there, going out to eat is often just not that relaxing with kids.Well, Alexia was our server tonight, and thanks to her, I had the best birthday dinner. She was SO PLEASANT. The kids got their lives together with the extra rolls and butter she got out right away. And everything else she did for us from there on out was top notch. Never wanted for anything, and all the extras and customizations we requested were brought on the first trip back with food.Don't know how often we'll be making the half hour trek to this location, though it is the closest to home, but I can guarantee when we do we will ask for Alexia every time. Thanks so much for giving my family an A+ experience in celebrating my birthday.Texas Roadhouse, Alexia better be on your radar for any and every opportunity available to her, cause if not, you're messing up.

The rolls and the cinnamon butter are always a great start. We all ordered the ribeye steak combo with BBQ ribs. I had a baked potato and corn as my sides. Everything was very tasty. The ribs were falling off the bone but could have been warmer. They were just above room temperature. The baked potato was a bit under cooked, on the hard side. The corn was a bit black pepper heavy. The ribeye steak was the best part of the meal.

Foods ok was going weekly everytime MUSIC IS LOUD!!have to repeat order to waitress because they can't HEAR YOU!!!! Just wondering if this is a concert venue or family restaurant to be able to have normal conversation
I have had many great orders of steaks and ribs at the Texas roadhouse.but tonight I wanted something a little lighter/smaller. I ordered a hamburger. the burger was very below average. but take that with a grain of salt. I don't think many people are going to the Texas roadhouse for burgers. their steaks and ribs are excellent.as for the service, I guess I don't like the giant team approach to serving. our waitress took out order. another person brought out food. another person asked about refills (once). never asked about dessert.I don't think anyone brought a check(but I'm not 100% sure about that). but paying with our own tablet thingy is annoying to me... but some people probably love it. but I hate it.like I said, I just am not a fan of their approach to service.another highly annoying thing tonight.... our seat was right when you walk in. right behind us is where the orders are put in, and where a group of bus people congregate. the entire meal there was usually at least 2 bus people standing right there. I found it very annoying to have them standing there in a group the whole time, and hearing their very private conversations. without going into specifics, their topics of conversation was inappropriate a few times.
