I ate at the Apis Restaurant without booking a night in the hotel. Incredible, atmosphere, food, and service from Corey. We got the house made iced tea, Stracciatella, Mac and Cheese, and Lamb Chops with a side of Chimmichuri. Everything was perfect. Lamb can end up being a little sour and bland compared to steak, but the lamb chops were seasoned and cooked so well it was just as good as eating a seared steak.

The bar tender Ricky is amazing best bar tender I've ever had, he has his own drink creations I've never not liked something he's made me, he has a great down to earth personality he definitely made it a great experience.
I’ve been in town over summer for work and was recommended the roof top bar. This is the best spot in Kenosha by far and specifically Ricky behind the bar. Hands down the best drinks I’ve had!

Food was amazing and drinks were lip smacking good. We got meatballs as a appetizer, 3 extremely large meatballs. As for main courses, lamp chops & pelle &vodka w shrimp.. 3 cocktails, $150 prior to tip. Delicious, highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit.

If you haven't gone to Apis yet you need to check it out! The food was delightfully presented and beyond delicious. We were attended by Wren and their attitude and care really made us feel like celebrities! They took the time to answer our questions and make us feel at home. They came across as extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. More people in the service industry should be like Wren. We'll be back again to meet with our new favorite, Wren!

The only real consideration is the price. Apis is definitely a special occasion spot, and the cost can add up quickly. While the quality of the food and the overall experience do justify the price to some extent, it's something to be aware of before you go.
