Did the apis hotel for New Year’s this year? Don’t get me wrong. The hotel is beautiful but going upon the venue for New Year’s Eve I was very disappointed. Our appointment for dinner was at 8 PM. We didn’t get to eat till 9:30 PM. Nobody knew what was going on. My husband waited at the bar over 20 minutes and still no service but as soon as he walked away, two girls walked up and got served as soon as possible as far as the hotel venue for New Year’s. No music was playing for the New Year’s Eve ball drop which was very disappointing. It was in the middle of the dining room which all the tables were still set up. How do you enjoy yourself with a bunch of tables around you and balloons coming down on top of around you… The price was great for $15 but I still felt as if this was very uncomfortable being there. The music was very low. I felt like I was just sitting at home listening to music. The DJ did not play anything that was pop or anything close to it to enjoy yourself. I really do think for being the Avis. It could’ve done a lot better than it did in a little bit more strategized, and maybe a little more fun and when you’re given a drink ticket, a drink ticket is supposed to be for anything you wanna drink we had specific items only to pick from which was not right because I didn’t drink any of those That were listed. come on pics hotel I was with you the first year you open and I was very happy with that outcome the second year I didn’t go but happen to stop by and you guys were jumping off the wall this year pretty much we were laid to rest, which was not good. I was not happy at all maybe another time but for right now as disappointing as it was for me, I will not be attending anymore I hope you guys Straightened out with the customer service music and venue until then. Sorry but not sorry.

Easily the best food and drinks in town. Every single drink and food suggestion from our server Devina was a hit. Forget Ron’s teas, I need a punch card for the cocktails here at the Apis. Love it! Will definitely come back often!
