Had brunch, some of the food was served cold, 45 minutes for food, other tables were served much more promptly. Food comes had no silverware or napkins..they obviously way understaffed. Manager was great, she apologized several times and gave us a discount..I'll be back as I understand being understaffed.

Please help people with hours on hotel. The two associates at the restaurant said the hotel part was closed as well when we walked in.

Food on the rooftop was stale and overall dry. The server seemed overwhelmed and did not serve us properly.

First time at Apis. Our friends recommended the restaurant. First impressions are that it has a very cold feel. We sat on the first floor. Primarily tables everywhere. No comfy booths. Wait staff was friendly. Food prices are very expensive. My wife got a small bowl of halibut for 47. Many dinners are above 60. Not too much food for the price. Never really been a fan of the tapas style. Definitely a restaurant that is for some and not for others. Gets quite loud when busy. Wasn't our cup of tea. Spent 130 for 2 people. No drinks, no appetizers. Ouch.

We went to the Apis Restaurant with some friends. It was late and there weren’t many people there, so we were able to get a table immediately. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. We started with drinks… Expresso Martini, Chocolate Martini, an IPA beer, and a cappuccino. They were all made perfectly. Then we all shared desserts… Vanilla Crème Brulee with berries and a Chocolate Opera Cake. Both of them were delicious. Our waitress was incredible! Fast, friendly, and helpful. Service with a smile! I would highly recommend the Apis Restaurant. We are definitely going back.Food & drinks: The food and drinks were delicious. The service was incredible. Fast, friendly, and helpful.

Actually stopped here for brunch on my first visit to Kenosha earlier this year to look at houses before moving here. It was very tasty and now we live close by! We now love stopping in for a drink on date night. The “in their hands” cocktail where its bartenders choice is my favorite! So much fun to experiment and see what they create each time! Will definitely need to try dinner some night.

My friend and I went here for brunch NYE weekend, and loved our experience! I’ve only been to the restaurant, so I can’t speak on behalf of the hotel rooms, but the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous…I really admired the aesthetic of the whole place. Besides it having a super cute & trendy vibe, it was very clean too (including the bathrooms)! The service was excellent, from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. The food was delicious! My only wish is that they expand their menu a little more, as there aren’t a ton of options…however the options they do offer are quite tasty! 10/10 recommend checking it out!Food & drinks: Their menu items could be seen as being a little on the pricier side, but everything I had was delicious and great quality! Definitely worth trying!

Big city feel without the big city. Apis is elegant and authentic. Quality experience at a rather affordable price point.

We attended the Old Forester bourbon tasting. The even was well organized, the bourbon was excellent, and we loved the overall experience. We had dinner afterword and the dining experience was just as excellent.

Had brunch here recently and was very disappointed. Pretty empty and sat at the bar with my gf. Food took at least 40 minutes, missing sides, asked for the missing sides (bacon and pancakes), never came. All I can see was the staff chatting it up with the locals at the other end of the bar. Go to Sazzy Bs instead.Food & drinks: Terrible service.
