Had the worst pizza delivered to me over an hour after I ordered it and I live 5 minutes away, and when I called I got hung up not just once but twice. When I went into the store conveniently the “manager left 10 minutes ago” and they couldn’t give me a refund. When I ask for the managers name the employee working says “I don’t know”, which I don’t understand how you wouldn’t know. Then I ask for the employee’s name and he asks “why” and I said so I know who I talked to when I speak to the manager and then he immediately says “Sam”.

Don’t recommend eating them they delivery driver never on time and always delivering me cold pizza and lasagna and one time he took two hours just to deliver my pizza and the lady said it would be ready in 1 hour he came in 2hrs and they forgot my fries and also gave me a hot drink it wasn’t cold this not the first time this all happened to me and they say they go send me a store credit in the mail but never received any of them they service and delivery is terrible I’ll just order toppers pizza much better than Durango

Toppers is our go to place for our weekly pizza night! They have great deals for pick up and my teenagers LOVE the selections. My hubby's fave is the Stinger while my kids are the Meat Topper and Loaded Tot-zza. The Toppers Stix are so good to. Best place in town for Pizza!!!

I order Toppers one to two times a month from here. The orders are done fast and always yummy. Our last order was wrong and they said they’d give us a store credit. Unfortunately it wasn’t put under the notes when I put my order in today, but the employee still applied the store credit w no questions asked. Super easy and fast! Great service!!!

Went in at 6pm this evening to pick up an order we placed. I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and once I was the middle aged blonde working there snapped and asked "are you waiting for pick up or something" in a very rude and annoyed tone". While I was waiting I listened to her complaining about having to work and being put on the schedule with just a driver. Even after being acknowledged by her, I was then helped with the guy back there. I was also trying to add more items to my order, but I gave up there and went elsewhere to get extra items.

This location service & quality has really dropped! I order just about once a week - usually the same items. I have noticed earlier in the week the service & quality is extremely poor. The last two orders have been wrong due to missing ice cream. My last order also took 42 minutes to deliver and im less than 3 miles from the restaurant! I tried calling and after 15 minutes on hold I hung-up. Called the next day and still had to wait a long time at 11am! Was told by the manager that she was really busy with a 35-pizza order and she would call me back. Never did. She stated she would reimbursement me with a free pizza. When I was ready to order - I waited again on hold over 15 minutes! Finally I settled for Domino's who only only took 49 minutes total.

Ordered 3 times and they always mess it up, this time they left my pizza outside without notifying me and forgot half the stuff I ordered, chicken brains.

Man, Im home around 1 am from work. And they just never answer the phones around that time. I get it they close at 3 but have me on hold for 35 min one time. I just give up. On a wedsday.... killing me. Recommend new store manager. Every sale is key. I'm a ops manager and I'd never accept this. Finally answers hi were are not doing delivery. Even worse! Big hiring problems. Store manager responsibility. Ekkkkkkk.

We ordered for pick up, but it looks like there's a little area to eat inside as well, or maybe it's to wait while your order is prepared. The staff is great and the pizza is absolutely delicious and not overly expensive. It's the preferred food of choice for 3rd shift at work, and of the kinds I've tried they are all equally yummy!!
Parking: It's located in a small business plaza, so parking was easy to find-especially given the later time of night.
