I ordered pizza today Jaison answered. I told pick up 6.30 pm today. My son Joseph went to pickup they told no order today. Tomorrow Monday 6.30 pm.l never said Monday. Im really upset about.this. I have back surgery done. I can't cook. That is why I ordered pizza. I was waiting for pizza. Im starving . They didn't give him. Pizza. My son canceled tomorrow's order. Because I ordered today my son spend gas drove over there they said no order today order is tomorrow Monday. I can't believe this. This is very bad for customers. You can check monitoring system i spoke with Jaison November2nd Sunday 6.30 pick up. Very bad service

I ordered a pizza from Toppers Pizza and paid upfront, but after waiting two hours with no delivery, I called to check on my order. They told me they never received it. Completely unacceptable service and a huge waste of my time and money. Very disappointed Iwon’t be ordering from them again.

The two guys working there were in a rush and were working hard to keep up with all the orders, very nice and helpful. The waiting area is small and the bathroom is less to be desired. Great pizza though, vegan friendly.

Very disappointed in the thin crust cheese. Arrived burnt. It actually looks better than it tastes, which is sad. How does a pizza place mess up a basic cheese pizza? We won’t be ordering again.

Team frequently cancels orders has no customer service skills
Placed an online order 4 hours before closed and it got canceled. Tried again and it got to being prepared, then canceled again. I called and got out on hold for a manager for 20 minutes, til I decided to drive over. The only worker was sitting at a table on his phone, and told me there's no delivery driver, and won't be for the night. Okay fine, ill just order in store, except they don't have the stuff to make the damn pizza. 10/10 would not recommend a friend

HORRIBLE customer service! I called to file a complaint on a driver after they delivered to my neighbor. The elivery driver come flying down the road going way over the 25 MPH speed limit. Then peeled his tires after he noticed that he stopped at the wrong house in a cul de sac. The vehicle also did not have any plates on the car. When I tried to explain to the person that answered the phone why I was calling, I was told they don’t have a manager. I asked how do I speak to someone in charge and I was told AD. When I asked for clarification, I was told “I don’t have time for this” and he hung up the phone on me.
