My wife and I had a reservation for our anniversary. We got there and immediately got sat, a young man brought us water right away. But then we sat there for 20 minutes and never got waited on again. We had several wait staff walk right by us and not one stopped or even said that they would be right with us. We got up and left. Terrible!

Excellent service and atmosphere. The flavors of the food were wonderful. They have gluten free options. The home made Italian dressing is fabulous!
We were here on Friday and the service and food were amazing. Zachery is a wonderful server and extremely knowledgeable on the food/drinks. We will be back again!
Nice spot, friendly people, good food. We arrived around 5:00 PM gad we did as it did get crowded. Had a cozy table looking at the fire.
Was a recommendation to come here and I placed an order to go on line. I got no information on when the order will be ready just a confirmation number that it was paid for which when I got there they canceled the order but still says I was charged but paid again and had to wait twice as long because I was forgot about again but finally got the food, I got the lasagna and my roommate got the lobster ravioli. Both meals weren’t good. No flavor in the lasagna and my roomate didn’t even eat but one of the 5 ravioli and hated it. So our garbage. Got fed tonight. I wouldn’t recommend this place I spent $55 for the garbage to eat. So disappointed!
Best Italian Restaurant in Kenosha!

Sat at the bar on a very busy night. The bartender was fabulous! She was slammed but held it together and provided great service. The oil for the bread!!! YUMMY Caesar salad and pizza were promptly served and each was delicious. Look forward to our next visit.

The service was impeccable the food phenomenal. I’m very picky about how pasta is prepared and they do the perfect al dente! The pasta carbonara is just as good as what you will find on in Italy. Complimenti!!!

The worse eggplant parmigiana I had ever eaten. How do you screw that simple dish up. I will never go back.

We had the best waiter named Zachery. He made our special night celebrating our parents 50th anniversary even more memorable by his fun personality, great service and he was very knowledgeable about all the different wonderful menu options including their delicious specials. He was so sweet to bring out a special dessert for our parents. Thanks for a great night all around!

We visited the restaurant on Saturday and were probably one of the first guests of the day since it was 4:15 and they opened at 4. We were asked if we had reservations to which we said no so we were offered a table in the bar or on the patio. Bar seating we had to be out by 6:30, they made sure we were aware. We had some where to be so that wasn’t a problem. We ordered our meal, no appetizer just a piece of lasagna to split…1 piece. The bread and salad came out quick. Then the lasagna took its time, maybe they were hand rolling the pasta. But seemed like they were trying to keep us there u til 6:30. Finally it came and was on a plate and and we were given two plates, so we split if ourselves and ate what we could. Then we got the bill and noticed that we were charged $4 for our efforts in splitting our own meal. I didn’t see on the menu a notice of a charge to split food either. I’m not worried about the charge really it was just the whole experience, made us not feel welcomed.

It was our first time dining in tonight and it won’t be our last. We were treated warmly at the door and were taken to our table. The hostess was very helpful with carrying over a high chair and moving a chair out of the way. The establishment was very clean, I’m a person that always checks for dust and debris on fans, knickknacks etc. to get a feeling of how clean they keep everything. Our waitress was Lori, she was very sweet, always kept my drink filled and always made sure that we were taken care of. I especially like that the kitchen was able to make an accommodation for my food allergy. I am not able to eat chicken but I did want Marsala. They were able to make a chicken Marsala without chicken for me and it tasted amazing still. At the end, they had buttermints which I love. I’m so happy I finally tried this place.

I've eaten there a number of times before and the food's been excellent. The service too. They were packed tonight and understaffed too so my pasta took an extremely
long time, the order was wrong, and it came out cold. I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes so I never sent it back. I did however tip 20%
