We went through the drive through at noon today and ordwred chicken strips. The young man at the window was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He did a great job and stood out for his professionalism.

Simple order, they got the drink wrong as wel l as tried to give me a beef burger instead of a chicken. The person at the windows is suposto review what is in the bag before giving it to the customer. This was the DANG drive thru. What if I did not check my order and just drove off? Not like they were even busy, the people are LAZY!! Get the orders right in drive thru!!!

On 10-5-25 between 8pm and 815pm I order 10 junior bacon cheeseburgers through the drive thru. I only received 9 I realized I didn't get a receipt so I went back in to complain asked they told me that they only got 9 jbcs on the order I asked them to make me a new receipt they said they couldn't as it was broken. Had to buy a new 10 th one pretty sure they charged me for an extra jbcs. Beware shady practices

They gave our food to the wrong person and then accused us of getting our food and then once confronted, they caught an attitude and didnât apologize for them being rude or messing the order up.
All while letting teenagers destroy their sitting area.
I went here this morning to pick up my mom some food. I asked for Vanilla Coke, I got Cherry Coke. I wanted a bacon double stack but got a chicken sandwich. The sauce I requested was bbq and got honey mustard. How hard is it to follow an order? It amazes me how stupid people are these days.
If you want your order done correctly, I would NOT go to this location.

My wife went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. The female staff kept using the menâs room instead of restocking the womenâs. While we ate, a group of loud teens came in cussing next to my 4-year-old. Staff did nothing. Please restock bathrooms and keep the dining room family friendly.

This Wendy's location is pretty flawless during the day. The food is decent, the employees are really nice and have great attitudes. That being said...I've never had a good experience during the night hours, especially the late night. They're rude and tend to close whenever they feel like it. Should one point out that they don't close until 1 a.m., they'd be met with some disrespectful attitude that doesn't line up with any type of customer service. Maybe the night crew has changed, it was been awhile since I tried to go there. Daytime? Fantastic. Nighttime? Dismal and frustrating.
***Side note*** breakfast biscuits are $1 right now. They're the ones that come with meat, cheese, and egg, too!

This is the second time they messed up my order. I work to earn my money and I just feel itâs wasted everytime I go to Wendyâs on Sheridan. Both times asked for bacon, multiple times. Said that I didnât not like sausage please make it bacon. Well both times given sausage. This time I feel on purpose. Why play these games? I am a nice person and treat people kind and for this to keep happening is so unnecessary. When talking to the manager the first time he talked over me and didnât let me get a word out. Thereâs never no business in the morning so wouldnât you want to stay busy? But I hope your days are long and your checks are short because karma is coming. And PS why is the coffee always cold!?
