I went here this morning to pick up my mom some food. I asked for Vanilla Coke, I got Cherry Coke. I wanted a bacon double stack but got a chicken sandwich. The sauce I requested was bbq and got honey mustard. How hard is it to follow an order? It amazes me how stupid people are these days.
If you want your order done correctly, I would NOT go to this location.

I had to repeat myself after almost everything I was saying to this chick through the speaker. I had to wait 6 or mins for them to get my food ready and then after all that annoyance they forget to give me my fries I ordered.

The employees here are rude and ALWAYS get your order wrong. You ask for a hamburger, they give you a cheeseburger. You ask them to fix it and they give you attitude. You ask for them to put ice in your cup because the ice in the soda machine on the floor isn't working and the girl has an attitude about that. Seriously are you paying these people to drive away business because it's working.

An employee at this establishment used extremely rude words and slammed the drive through window in my face. If you don’t enjoy being at your place of work maybe you shouldn’t work there hun. Besides this incident the service is usually great and the employees (not including the stank one I was speaking of ☺️) work really hard to make sure the customers are happy.

Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m, A BIG HUGE SIGN PROMOTING IT. NO DOORS OPENED AT 7:23 a.m.. I don’t understand I just don’t get it . Why prompt something that is false advertising. No surprised just rather disappointed.

Yikes! Drive up the road if you’d rather not deal with attitude . I’ve had one too many experiences going into the restaurant and getting attitude from the girls who are at the register. The other employees just stand and stare while they wait for someone to help you & don’t say anything to u while u wait. I know they are kids but the management needs to teach them all customer service asap ! They also don’t like to fill ice or clean the bathroom. Women’s toilet is horrendous . I’ll be driving up to 52nd from now on . Please teach your kids manners if you’re only gonna hire teenagers .

After waiting in line for 25 mins to get the online order to pull away check and they shorted me items. I waited back in line for another 25 td the gentleman at the window what I was short he seemed so lost and confused about it and we had ro repeat it at least 2 more times to him for him to tell us to pull up when they already had a car parked there was no room to pull up. Then to have an older women come to window and re ask what the issue is was just beyond me. They have no clue what they are doing at this location after 45 mins my foods cold we didn't even wait for shorted items we were over it by this time. Quality of food is not so hot either I ordered asiago bacon sandwich club no bacon no sauce smashed down. Bacon fries soggy.....never again Wendy's. This location is just not ran correctly at all!!!! Do better if you want business!!!

Inside of restaurant was disgusting and dirty looking accompanied by an odd odor. Received no service inside so decided to try the drive thru. The drive thru was just as bad as i waited roughly ten minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. When they did i had a hard time understanding them. Workers seemed confused and may have had comprehension issues due to language barrier. I have heard of equal opportunity employers but we live in an english speaking country. The entire ordeal took 40 minutes. I will not be returning to this ghettofied dump.

Went to pick up my order waited almost 20 minutes inside the manager was handing me drinks, and she dropped the drinks on me which spilled all over my phone and feet completely soaked, and nobody did nothing about it

This location has been open for a long time and has always been a good spot to stop for a quick bite. It is opened late/early hours and the food is always hot and ready. The only thing I have a problem with is the grease, I have to dry my burger before I can eat it . The deal bag is always a good quick and cheap meal. The location is good as it's between plenty of shopping and residential areas.
