Went through the drive thru. Ordered two meals with large drink and fries, a sandwich, and large fries. Recieved 2 Medium fries. It also took over 15 minutes to get my order and I was the only one in drive thru.

Very rude when I asked where my order was (drive thru). I waited 10 minutes while 8 other cars where driving around me. He got my order after I asked about it and just handed it out the window. Very rude when I asked why it took 10 minutes. He claimed waited on spicy chx sandwich then had to wait on fries. Obviously forgot about it. No apology just attitude.

Worst Wendy's in kenosha! Waited more than 30 mins to get my order and on top of that it was wrong, and they must of thought it was funny to put burnt bacon on the loaded cheese fries, will not be going back to this location, everyone including who's in charged needs to get walked out ASAP!

The young lady Kaitly in drive through was very pleasant and nice. Great experience with her. Hope I spelled her name right. Was there this morning (3-3-2025).
Employees clearly saw us enter, as they were sitting at a table in the dining area watching videos on a phone, but it was 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and our order taken. One employee later was on a personal phone call - loudly - at the register. Not a great impression at all.
