Employees clearly saw us enter, as they were sitting at a table in the dining area watching videos on a phone, but it was 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and our order taken. One employee later was on a personal phone call - loudly - at the register. Not a great impression at all.

If you're a doordasher late at night stay the hell away from this place!! There were four workers in the this Wendy's I went to to pick up a dash and it took me 20 minutes to get the food! They were all bouncing around inside laughing joking doing everything but working, and then when the one kid saw me staring at them, only then did he start my order and I was the only one in the Drive-Thru

Been to this location twice in the past few months, and this is the 2nd time I had a problem, Last time was not receiving all my items ordered, that's one thing and not so bad. The second was giving me the Wrong item, ordered 6 piece nuggets, receipt said that..received SPICY!! Didn't realize till I was home and bit into one. I don't do well with spicy!! Mouth on fire, throat closing up, booming headache started and lasted for several days...Don't give the wrong items not asked for!!! You have no idea how someone may react or be allergic to those items.
