I hate having to give places one star reviews but honestly this place deserves it. Shitty customer service. I had ordered a mobile order to pick up at the drive thru. Long story short the car that cut ahead of me stole my order saying they were picking up for door dash. I had to wait there for another 10 minutes including the line of customers behind me wondering whats going on. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with what just happened I asked for a refund since my time was just wasted and my food stolen but the employee just laughed it off. Thinking my time and displeasure was a joke. I'll be taking my dash cam footage to corporate and Kenosha county sheriff's to see what they think. 😂

Wendys is wendys lol but if your from our of town this is one of the only places other than a bar that is open late. Service was quick. Had fresh fries and a good burger = happy and satisfied

I’m giving this Wendy’s 5 stars for the excellent customer service. Mainly due to the lady team member that took our order was friendly, articulate and helpful. Food was great. Nice clean dining area

The crew that was working tonight needs a raise. In and out of the line in less than 5 minutes and the first time I was actually impressed by a meal at wendys. Thank you to the workers who were kind, quick and made some good food!!!

We stopped at this Wendy's on our way home from a concert in Chicago. It was after closing time, but there were cars in the drive-thru, so in true human nature we got in line. The guy that took care of us was very friendly and professional. You would never know that he was probably way past his shift. We were so tired and hungry, anything would have tasted good, but our food was made hot and fresh. My husband and I were both very impressed with this restaurant. Thank you for a great experience.
