They just sit on there phones and dont even attend to drive thru. Nights muat be terrible with this crew. I literally sat in drive thru for 10 min just staring at the employees. They just sat on their phones.

First-time visitor. We bought the 10 pack cheesy sliders for $8.99 and small onion rings to share. The onion rings were hot and crunchy. The sliders were fine, but they had a flavor. I'm not sure if I like or not if that makes sense. Both the person taking our drive-thru order and the person handing us our food were very friendly.

Food disgusting not cook well. Soggy and not flavored at all. Only thing decent was the drink. Fries best part of the meal with no salt. Made me loose my appetite to eat here any longer. Too expensive especially for disgusting food.
The decorations were sad, the tables were dirty. The paper menus weren't even changed between guests and they were dirty. Didn't expect a 5star experience at White Castle to begin with, but they could've tried a little harder.
My experience was horrible I ordered and they brought me the wrong food four times I just had to pack up and leave. I've been going to White Castle for Valentine's Day since my son was six years old and he's 16 now worst service and all these years. Kenosha wi very disappointed.
