This is BY FAR the WORST wingstop I have ever stepped foot in. If you plan on eating here, you’re going to want to order an hour ahead because that’s how long it took for me to get my food. Every single person in there had to wait two to three times longer than their pick up time to get their food. In my opinion, I feel it is SUPER unprofessional to take mobile orders that say the food will be ready in 13-20 minutes when in reality it will take an hour to get the food. I live in Burlington, so I drove 40 minutes to this location, I ordered about 10 minutes before I even showed up and waited to even head inside and still had to wait another 40 minutes or so before actually receiving my food. To make matters worse, when I finally did eat my food it was cold, and actually gave me an upset stomach. Again, this is BY FAR THE WORST wingstop I have ever stepped foot in and I will now be going to Hales Corners from this point forward.

Ordered bone in wings and fries meal, the fries were soaked in oil, looks like they were refried, soggy and just disgusting, straight to garbage, really unedible. The wings were too big and not their usual smaller wings and barely have any sauce on them, it’s like they are skimming on the sauce. The problem with this place is hit or miss, never consistent quality wings, I guess it depends on whose cooking every time. Pretty much done with it, bad quality for the cost. Order date was 3/1 in case the owner wants to know who was cooking on that night.

Made an online order, was given a pick up time. I arrived and wasn’t even started. was told “have to come and pay before we start. Why be given the pick up time? waited over an hour for my food. Just to have to wait inside the restaurant to begin with. Highly dissatisfied!!

Placed my order. Pick up time kept changing. Ended up canceling my order an getting a full refund. Poor customer service and management. Never again. I go to the competition. While I see wing stop replied to my review. If they couldn't handle the volume of orders they should of never accepted new ones. This was not my problem.

I’ve been at this location a few times. Last time I went was the last time I’d ever go to this location. I come in, the store was empty except me and the person ahead of me. There’s two registers, the person on the first register is on the phone and the second guy is taking an order or whatever. The first person puts the phone down, tells me he can take my order, I walk up to him and in a loud voice tell him that I want the 15 piece combo all lemon pepper. He immediately asked if I had an online order. I paused and looked at him confused, I said no and then he said something along the lines of “oh so you’re ordering in the store” ? I’m sorry but this is a stupid question when I just told you what I wanted. I was so dumbfounded by the question that he brushed past his own question to ask me what I wanted to order. I began to repeat what I said originally and he cut me off to ask what type of seasoning I wanted, after I had just told him. This is the third time I’ve had an issue ordering here when the order I’m placing is so simple. I get that you have to ask some clarifying questions sometimes but anytime I come into this place it seems like it takes 7-10min just to place an order.

Even though it seemed I was the only person to order in the store at 10pm, and I was quite literally the only person in the store, the register guy still called out the name and looked around when I was sitting right in front of him? Dudes got to lock in at work because it was an incredibly odd experience and it normally is for me when I order here. Last time before this one there was a new girl who was taking my order and she did much better than whoever that register dude was and she even remembered my face and name to tell me and hand the food directly too me.

The wings normally taste great but the french fries are cold as hell by the time I get home.

We really love Wingstop and find that they have some of the best wings in town we believe. The wings are always crispy and very meaty making them our go to when we want wings. They have a ton of different flavors and a nice range of heat/spice level. The fries are also very well seasoned making a good side to have with your wings. Every time we have got wings from here they are also super hot in temperature so they are great at timing. Highly recommended!

I waited over a hour for my food. Ordered 20 wings and large fry online. I was told the order would be ready in less than 20 min. Once I arrived at the restaurant, it was complete chaos. There were nearly two dozen people waiting for food. Meanwhile, some employees are just standing around. About 20 min in, I get a call saying they are out of the flavor I wanted. I ask a staff member to tell the kitchen the new flavor and apparently they did not get that communicated. As orders start piling up the shelves, multiple employees are refilling drink lids, carriers, and napkins when they're not even close to being out. No apologies for the extremely delayed orders. At 50 min in, I tell an employee I've been here nearly a hour. They finally get my order in, and blame it on me not telling them the update to my order due to the wing flavor being out. I tell the staff I did tell someone. After a little over a hour since I arrived, I got my food and left. I barely received an apology and no effort to remedy the wait time was given. The food was delicious but the wait time was atrocious.

SHORTED on order - NOT the 1st time.
20pc wings ordered and paid for, with added delivery and generous tip. 17 / 20, and few pieces about half the size of normal wing. Unfortunate considering it's not exactly cheap.. and that this has been the case several times, I'm just not the kind of person to typically complain. Usually figure one-off human error, whatever, it'll be fine next time, etc but not here. We enjoy the food, but maybe this place has some questionable mgmt or no quality control? Or can't count... or don't care enough to count.. either way, it just sucks getting ripped off :) hope you don't get ripped off like we have (multiple times)

Seriously they mess something up everytime I order here. Like three weeks ago they just didn't give me a whole 15pc garlic Parmesan boneless and then last night I ordered the 50 pc group pack and 20 were supposed to be garlic parm , all they did was add garlic parm to the lemon pepper wings they messed up.
