Honestly, if the food wasnt my husband's favorite comfort food, I would never want to come back here again! The first time I made this trip I had to wait almost 2 HOURS for my food. Saying that there was a mess up in the computer. Yep, I totally get that but after I brought it to their attention and we figured it out, it still took them an hour and a half. Needless to say I was mad. One of the cashier girls had made the drinks and didnt label them, when asked which one was which, she coped and attitude with me opened my drinks and smelled the soda inside the cups! Like im gonna drink that after your nose was on it?? Finally got home that time. Came in a second time today, ordered at the place this time so the computer didn't have to glitch at all. And the girl I previously mentioned that ruined the drinks last time? She was there and straight up started to talk crap about me and what happened last time, again, the worst attitude and the WORST customer service. However I will hand it to her she did it in Spanish so im sure alot of her normal customers dont catch her talking crap, however im fluent in 3 languages Spanish being one of them. So yeah. I left with my food and I am leaving this here as well as bringing it up to corporate as well because that is DEFINITELY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Order was accurate and fast. Wings are always fire. This round was a meeting that took a little over an hour. We were comfortable and the staff was more then accommodating.

BEST wing stop in years! I’ve ordered from so many and this location (I ordered through DoorDash) delivered FRESH food and fries were nice and crispy!!!! All other wing stops let me down🙌🏼 good job team !

Terrible service. This store is always very slow. Also had a bad experience the other day. I put my order in online went to pick my order up. Was told 7 more minutes waited at least 20 more. Then they almost gave my order to someone else doing a DoorDash order. They had to run out the front door and chase the guy down. I thought they checked the phones?? Very unhappy. Great food but terrible service.

Very poor customer service! Employees can’t understand peoples order correctly i wanted a refund because my order wasnt correct and employee stated she couldnt do it after i let her know i didnt get the correct flavors in my chicken, i ordered three flavors and when i got my meal it was only two flavors, i work hard for my money and i was very frustrated i asked for the general manager and she stated she couldnt give me the name of the gm

This is BY FAR the WORST wingstop I have ever stepped foot in. If you plan on eating here, you’re going to want to order an hour ahead because that’s how long it took for me to get my food. Every single person in there had to wait two to three times longer than their pick up time to get their food. In my opinion, I feel it is SUPER unprofessional to take mobile orders that say the food will be ready in 13-20 minutes when in reality it will take an hour to get the food. I live in Burlington, so I drove 40 minutes to this location, I ordered about 10 minutes before I even showed up and waited to even head inside and still had to wait another 40 minutes or so before actually receiving my food. To make matters worse, when I finally did eat my food it was cold, and actually gave me an upset stomach. Again, this is BY FAR THE WORST wingstop I have ever stepped foot in and I will now be going to Hales Corners from this point forward.

Ordered bone in wings and fries meal, the fries were soaked in oil, looks like they were refried, soggy and just disgusting, straight to garbage, really unedible. The wings were too big and not their usual smaller wings and barely have any sauce on them, it’s like they are skimming on the sauce. The problem with this place is hit or miss, never consistent quality wings, I guess it depends on whose cooking every time. Pretty much done with it, bad quality for the cost. Order date was 3/1 in case the owner wants to know who was cooking on that night.
