Was an amazing Chinese restaurant that recently closed. Had the absolutely best egg rolls with spicy mustard that I had ever had.

No review here. I ate here as a kid and into adulthood. Unfortunately...the restaurant is CLOSED
Long time staple in the community, Owners are retiring. Love the authentic Chinese cuisine. Had my final General Tso's chicken and Egg Foo Yung... it will be definitely

This place was absolutely packed. They had literally 20+ to go orders and every table was full. It took about 2 hours to get our meal. The food was delicious, the server was very friendly. They were getting orders out as fast as they possibly could, but I just don't really understand why they kept seating guests when they could barely keep up with the guests they already had. We had both else to do, so it was fine to sit for 3 hours at this place before finishing our meL, but normally, that wouldn't be acceptable. I'm giving 5 stars still because the food and service was great, but the logistics need some work. At some point, you have to tell people that the wait will be 2 hours, so that they will leave or just stop seating people inside if you don't have the staff to get food out in a timely manner. Again, the food was delicious.

Everything is perfect about this old school Cantonese-style restaurant. Love it and hate to see it up for sale.

Was here once before and the service was terrible. Have came back 2 times since and I have to say the service has done a complete turn around. The service excellent and as usual the food was supreme. Both times the service was fast and waitress made sure if we needed anything else it was taken care of right away. There is no place that makes Oriental food as delicious as here. And with the service we received I have to say this restaurant is top notch.
Vegetarian options: Since their food has a lot of vegetables I am sure you will find something that you will like.
Parking: Can park in front of building. You can also park in their lot that is located behind building on opposite side of street.
Kid-friendliness: Alot of family's do have there kids come here to. So far I have seen the children that come here are well behaved and also like the food.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel into the dining area easily thru the back door. Can also wheel up to a table without a problem. They also have handicap parking in back of building and spots along road.

My favorite Chinese restaurant! The food is always wonderful. The hardest thing is deciding what to order for my entree. I always get the dinner, not ala cart. The soup, egg roll, dinner roll, and cookies are just a must. Don't forget the saki!

The Oriental Inn has been a part of my primary picks in Kenosha, since I returned home from the marines back in 1989. Willie and his family have provided the best in homemade Chinese cuisine to Kenosha for several decades, being one of the first and oldest restaurants on the lakefront! If you haven't experienced it for yourself, do yourself a favor and get down there and see just what makes this jewel of the lakefront so special ?
