As frequent visitors to the Kewaskum Dairy Queen, my husband and I have come to expect satisfactory service and well-crafted blizzards. We also regularly order food, taking advantage of the convenient drive-thru location near our home. Our experiences have generally been positive, with decent service and good food. We frequently purchase blizzards without issue. However, today's blizzard was overfilled with M&M's, making it inedible. This issue has occurred previously, but I did not address it at the time due to my overall satisfaction with Dairy Queen. On this occasion, considering the cost and the recurrence of the issue, I contacted the establishment and spoke with an employee. I offered to return the untouched blizzard for a replacement. Instead, Brandon offered to mail a coupon, despite my preference for a newly made blizzard. He explained that the store follows a standard protocol for dispensing candy. As a regular customer, I felt dismissed, as the amount of candy in our large blizzards has been inconsistent. I am uncertain whether i even want to utilize a coupon, especially given the alternative ice cream shops in the area. This experience has been disappointing and a waste of money.

I’ve stopped at this DQ on two different occasions while driving through town, and each time the restaurant smelled like urine. The odor is emanating from the men’s room, and it’s obvious they know about it because of the half-hearted attempt to mask it with a jar of scent beads on top of the paper towel holder. It’s very unappetizing. My two young boys call this location Dairy PEEn.
Also, there is a sign in the drive thru offering a free medium soda if you show that you left a 5-star review that day, so I would take these reviews with a grain of salt.

Every single time I go here I have to wait an extremely long time for my food. Half the time it’s cold… they also have had inappropriate political signs on the drive-through window and have for years. As if anybody cares about The owners political views, when they’re just trying to get a burger. The owner also exhibits extremely inappropriate behavior in our the community and that of West Bend’s. Especially on Facebook, making a fool out of himself daily and arguing with people over politics every single day on the internet. As a business owner, I think this is extremely inappropriate and a few community members also worry for his mental health. The amount of hours he spreads hate on the Internet is abnormal. won't speak for the West Bend location here. I’ve only been there 1 time. But every single time I’ve gone to this dairy queen, I get mediocre food, and extremely slow timing even when they aren’t busy.

I stopped at the Kewaskum DQ tonight to pick up a cake for my daughter's birthday. There was no one in line, I chose a cake from the cooler and walked to the register, where I was promptly ignored by 3 different staff members for close to 10 minutes. One young man even came to the register and made eye contact with me, ripped off a receipt and walked away. I finally had to ask a woman to ring me up. She never apologized for the wait, never said hello, or even thanked me for my purchase. I would have walked out, if it wasn't my daughter's birthday. I won't go back again.
