“Tiffany was a great server! Very fun! She made sure to get everything correct, was a lot of fun to interact with. Burger was really good. Tons of topping choices, even some unique ones. It's not a huge place, so it never got too loud. Ramp to enter easily, spacious restroom, so it's handicapped friendly. 5 stars!”

“Stopped here yesterday 10/20/23 exclusively for the fish fry. The haddock dinner was definitely in the top 5% of all time on my long list of Wisconsin fish frys. Wished it was closer to my house than 30 miles. Will definitely be back again.”

“Went to Chatters Saturday afternoon, sat at the bar. As soon as I sat down I was offered a drink by the bartender Vie. Ordered a flight of soup. Order came out very quickly, and all 3 soups were full of flavor. Will definitely be back.”

“We always love our food here! It is a small diner and it is out dated but the service is great, food is yummy, and staff is friendly. It can be busy on the weekends with a wait sometimes but the service is fast. Everything we’ve had is great our favorites are the skillets, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. The prices are cheap and we will continue to be customers!”

“As always, the pizza and garlic bread are the best Pat & I have ever had (given that we are in our mid-70's that is saying alot. But this time I wanted to talk about something else. It is so rare to find "any" company that offers the kind of customer service that you do. The manager at Kewaskum is just the best. Pat spoke with him and was just so happy with him. The young lady who delivers is truly a wonderful breath of fresh air, She is so kind, always smiling and a great representative of Michaleno's Pizza. Pat and I are so grateful that you continue to deliver to us.

“It is what it is. McDonald's nuggets meal and drink. Not the best, not the worst. The restaurant was very clean, almost spotless. The only negative was the speed of the service. I am not saying they were slow, I'm saying the 2 employees there needed a third and a 4th person to help speed up the process. A line at the drive thru a line at the counter and only 2 associates there to do the greeting, cooking, cash register, pack the orders, etc. All with a smile on their faces and in a friend tone. When all knew they were being overwhelmed! The crew needs another member on the team.”

The staff was friendly & inviting, Anne Marie in particular gave us some great recommendations on tapas. The host knew exactly which drink we would love (Old Fashioned) & the manager/owner was very thoughtful. We travel to West Bend a couple of time a month to Tipsy Nails Spa West Bend and will definitely be making The Norbert part of our trip from now on!”
