We had a phenomenal dinner at The Ballering. We started with the baked brie, perfectly warm and gooey, paired beautifully with a bright raspberry coulis that struck just the right balance of sweet and tart. The tomato and goat cheese soup was rich, velvety, and full of comforting flavor.
The mushroom appetizer was a standout—earthy, savory, and wonderfully seasoned. For the main course, we went with the pork chop special, which was cooked to juicy perfection....
