Starters
The Feeding Trough
We rounded up our most popular menu items for everyone to graze on henning's cheese curds, frickles, haystack onion rings, and Kansas city burnt ends.
Hand Breaded Cheese Curds
Raw cheese curds lightly breaded then seasoned with garlic and parsley. Fried to golden brown and served with house ranch.
Frickles
House battered pickle chips tried to golden brown. Served with cayenne ranch.
Garlic Cheese Bread
Strips of fresh oven-raised dough brushed with garlic butter, melted cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. Served with marinara for dipping.
Kansas City Burnt Ends
Double smoked brisket and pork simmered in our Kansas city sauce. A staple of kc BBQ with a local twist.
Sconnie Fries
Naked cheese curds, bacon, green onions, tomatoes, fresh jalapenos, a scoop of house mac and cheese and topped with sour cream. Served on a pile of hand-cut fries.
Smoked Chicken Quesadilla
Flour tortilla stuffed with smoked chicken, haystack onion rings, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, and dill pickle chips. Served with sour cream.
Armadillo Eggs
Smoked jalapec1os stuffed with brisket, garlic, onions, and cream cheese. Lightly breaded and served on a nest of haystack onion rings.
Breadsticks
Lightly brushed in garlic butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. Served with marinara.
Haystack Onion Rings
Thinly sliced onions dusted in seasoned flour and fried to golden brown big enough for the table to share and served with house ranch.
Pig Skins
Fried potato skins topped with pulled pork, pls signature sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese, and diced green onions. Served with a side of sour cream.

Jumbo Smoked Wings
Jumbo wings and hickory smoked for a minimum of three hours.
Boneless Wings
Boneless breast meat, breaded and fried to golden brown.

Salads and Chili
Buffalo Chicken Salad
Boneless wings tossed in mild sauce with mixed greens, diced red onion, diced tomato, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bleu cheese. Served with cornbread.

Smokehouse Salad
Your choice of hickory-smoked brisket, turkey, pulled pork, or andouille sausage with mushrooms, red onions, and diced tomatoes on top of mixed greens; drizzled with pi's signature bbq sauce finished with whole milk mozzarella and haystack onion rings. Served with cornbread.
Honey BBQ Chicken Salad
Boneless wings tossed in honey BBQ sauce on top of mixed greens, diced tomato, shredded cheddar, and croutons. Served with cornbread.
Smoked Brisket Chili
You won't find any noodles in this chili. Slow simmered with just the right amount of spices along with a hint of beer to take the edge off. Served with cornbread.

Black Angus burger with pulled pork, banana peppers, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Served on texas toast with a drizzle of parmesan garlic sauce.

Can not say enough positive things about our experience at Parker John’s in Kiel. We had a larger group of 18 guest to celebrate some birthdays. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, kept our drinks full & served us with a smile. The menu had something for everyone and we look forward to dining there again soon.

I have been a long standing customer at parker johns and the last 2 times service and food quality has really declined. There were 2 dirty towels laying on the floor in the middle of the isle where anyone could have tripped on them and had to wait a long time for
