A comfortable and very clean Hotel with a great location having access to all the local, must visit destinations. Great staff, pool and dining areas are user friendly. Will return on our next visit to the Homelands.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kimberly on a Thursday night, and it was my final night of my summer trip. I was returning from Door County and decided to pass through the Fox Cities on my return trip. For the most part, this was an enjoyable stay. I like choosing my own room and using Digital Key. My room was a standard room with king bed on the 5th (top) floor. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. When I arrived at around 4:30, one elevator was out of service, but they had both up and running fairly quickly after that. I felt like having some wine at the bar after it opened at 5:00, and the woman bartending was friendly and fun to talk to. There was a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the wine, and I had a second glass! I used the pool and hot tub later in the evening, but it was full of drunk guys playing with a football in the pool. I didn’t notice when they left, but one of them (probably accidentally) took my shirt that was on my chair! This was kind of disappointing, as it was a nice Under Armour T-shirt. It was more peaceful after that group left, and I had it all to myself when returning in the morning for a while! I slept well here and woke up feeling refreshed for the ride home. The breakfast in the morning was below average for Hilton Garden Inn, in my opinion. I was down by only 8:15 or so, and the selection was not great. The day’s hot items were not impressive, and I found the scrambled eggs to have a weird texture. I didn’t even try the biscuits & gravy, as the sausage gravy looked like it had been sitting there all morning. Breakfast is usually a highlight for me when I stay at HGI, but not the case here. I had not vacated the room yet (shortly after 10:00, and my Do Not Disturb sign was still up!), and housekeeping just came in! They were apologetic, but it really scared me to have someone entering the room! Overall I would stay again, but I needed to lower to 4 stars. I stayed at this same hotel for my cousin’s wedding in 2017, and oddly enough, the former wedding venue out front is now an auto body shop! I like the location of the hotel not being far from restaurants, stores, etc. This was a nice final night of my vacation!

Service was terrible loud noise and the front desk did little about it. The breakfast was terrible as well being Hilton diamond members we had credit for the breakfast the waitress refused to take our order and made us use the buffet which we did not want to do. Switched rooms due to drunk kids banging on our hotel room door. Please do not waste your money to stay at this terrible hotel!!

We’ve always had good experiences at Hilton Garden Inns until we stayed at this property. We noticed that the room rent was notably lower than the other similar hotels in the area, and now see there is a reason for that. The hotel was dirty, especially in the public restroom on the first floor. And worse, when we reported the condition of the rest room to the person at the front desk, she didn’t seem to care at all. We did not receive our scheduled wake-up call at the requested time and staff did not even apologize. Breakfast, for which there was an additional charge, was very poor compared to other Hilton Garden Inns we’ve stayed at. And once again, a very laissez-faire attitude was apparent in the staff.

Walked in, first thing I noticed is the bed looks like it’s been used. There was garbage (a McDonald’s cup) on the floor next to the bed closest to the window. Otherwise, a generic two queen bed room. Not a place I’ll plan on staying next time I’m in the area. Chose it this time due to cost and my Hilton Honors loyalty.

We had a guys trip for the Packers / Cowboys Game and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Kimberly this weekend. The service was awesome. I’d like to point out Erin at the front desk specifically. She was incredible and her service was 2nd to none. Please consider hiring more people like Erin ?

We always stay at this hotel when visiting a friend in Kaukauna. We arrived a little early and our accessible room was ready. Huge accessible bathroom and the room was very big. Super clean too! the staff is very friendly and polite. The pool was open and clean, the breakfast was hot and good. It is a really pretty hotel and is kept up to the Hilton standards. I would not stay anywhere else. Great location as well.

First of all, I can't give this a 5 star rating because we didn't get the king room I had booked. Instead we got 2 queens near a busy, noisy elevator. Once I asked to be moved I was informed there were no more kings but we were moved to a much quieter place. The room was clean, bathroom door squeaked though. Beds were comfy. I also have to give credit to whoever looked at the room we moved from because I left my purse and car keys on the counter and they were returned to us right away.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hottub was great - other hotels maintain such a high water temp that one can barely tolerate. Would definitely stay at again. A+++

I always try and make sure I stay at either a Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton, both owned by Hilton. The rooms are always clean, the personnel always professional and their breakfasts are better and more choices than I could get if I went out for breakfast. The convenience of being able to eat breakfast before I leave for the day or even check out, starting at 6:30 is the most unbelievable option that no one else can give you. Like I say, to go anywhere else would be ridiculous.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. King size bed was really queen size. Room was extremely damp. Coffee machine only made a half cup of coffee. Room was clean. Towels were old. Breakfast was a mess. Almost all the tables were full of used dishes at 9:00 am. Hot buffet only included hard, old waffle pieces, sausages and gross looking scrambled eggs. Server was friendly and attentive. Not the hotels fault but a group of people were yelling at each other when they got in at 3:00 am and started again around 7:00 am in the room next to ours. Would try a different Hilton brand hotel in the future.

When we walked in we were impressed, when we got to the room we were not. There were large blood stains on the bedding. We called and in minutes they were changed. Ok no problem, second chances are due. Shower curtain had dirt and mildew on the top of it. Shower curtains in motels are cleaner. The hand soap bar makes your hands so slippery it literally defeats the purpose of washing one's hands. One side of the curtains in our room could not be closed so we had blazing sunlight every morning. I mean does your manager inspect each room once a week for defects to have maintenance fix? Probably not because this is obviously a staffing issue when your maids also work your front desk. She was the only bright spot. Super polite young lady. Pool appeared clean but no towels. Called for some and took about 10 minutes to receive. Again, all of these things are so minimal and so fixable. Continue to train your staff, improve your cleanliness, and maybe it would have been worth the price. We should have stayed at the garden inn but thought your hotel looked nicer. Boy were we wrong. Then we go sit down to have breakfast and the waitress was hovering. Even my wife commented by saying "does she think we are going to leave without paying or something, we're hotel guests!" You have a beautiful picture of breakfast in your elevator.....the food looks nothing like it. Update this hotel to match what it has to offer.

Service was great the moment I walked into the door. Lobby was clean and inviting, room was great! Room was equipped with microwave and fridge. Ample space to hang and store items. Nice little keurig with a small selection of beverages. Would stay again.

Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear the people in the room next to us. Overall it was a good stay. We were visiting Lawrence University, so the hotel was close by and it was an easy drive.
