Not even close to the same hotel a year ago! Morning service is horrible expensive and not the same cook or server ( I think it was Jill and Lisa) really who can't fry an egg? It needs a big cleaning filthy carpet rooms!! I was told by a front desk agent all the good help left due to poor management or lack of it! Do yourself a favor go to the new hotel in little chute or the Hilton downtown! Also for single women traveling alone this hotel has no cameras I was shocked to hear this! How can there be zero security! The night I stayed a sketchy guy not staying was mulling around the over night person was a women who had to call police and wait 20min for them to get there... that is a freaky experience

I stayed they're for 8 days and it was freezing on the floor I stayed on back in February. No heat! Front desk person was rude. Pool and hot tub were cold. My room was nice and beef was very comfortable. A fire alarm went off at 1am for 2 hrs and fire truck and police had to come. No free continental breakfast. You have to pay for every thing. Very disappointed.

A comfortable and very clean Hotel with a great location having access to all the local, must visit destinations. Great staff, pool and dining areas are user friendly. Will return on our next visit to the Homelands.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kimberly on a Thursday night, and it was my final night of my summer trip. I was returning from Door County and decided to pass through the Fox Cities on my return trip. For the most part, this was an enjoyable stay. I like choosing my own room and using Digital Key. My room was a standard room with king bed on the 5th (top) floor. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. When I arrived at around 4:30, one elevator was out of service, but they had both up and running fairly quickly after that. I felt like having some wine at the bar after it opened at 5:00, and the woman bartending was friendly and fun to talk to. There was a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the wine, and I had a second glass! I used the pool and hot tub later in the evening, but it was full of drunk guys playing with a football in the pool. I didn’t notice when they left, but one of them (probably accidentally) took my shirt that was on my chair! This was kind of disappointing, as it was a nice Under Armour T-shirt. It was more peaceful after that group left, and I had it all to myself when returning in the morning for a while! I slept well here and woke up feeling refreshed for the ride home. The breakfast in the morning was below average for Hilton Garden Inn, in my opinion. I was down by only 8:15 or so, and the selection was not great. The day’s hot items were not impressive, and I found the scrambled eggs to have a weird texture. I didn’t even try the biscuits & gravy, as the sausage gravy looked like it had been sitting there all morning. Breakfast is usually a highlight for me when I stay at HGI, but not the case here. I had not vacated the room yet (shortly after 10:00, and my Do Not Disturb sign was still up!), and housekeeping just came in! They were apologetic, but it really scared me to have someone entering the room! Overall I would stay again, but I needed to lower to 4 stars. I stayed at this same hotel for my cousin’s wedding in 2017, and oddly enough, the former wedding venue out front is now an auto body shop! I like the location of the hotel not being far from restaurants, stores, etc. This was a nice final night of my vacation!

As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I appreciate the free bottles of water.Unfortunately, upon my arrival today, this was what I saw in my room. No water bottles. Just these tags ... reminding me that I'm supposed to get free water bottles! No beside lamp on one side of the bed.

Service was terrible loud noise and the front desk did little about it. The breakfast was terrible as well being Hilton diamond members we had credit for the breakfast the waitress refused to take our order and made us use the buffet which we did not want to do. Switched rooms due to drunk kids banging on our hotel room door. Please do not waste your money to stay at this terrible hotel!!

I tried to make a reservation at this hotel but the process was hopeless. I finally gave up and booked elsewhere.

We’ve always had good experiences at Hilton Garden Inns until we stayed at this property. We noticed that the room rent was notably lower than the other similar hotels in the area, and now see there is a reason for that. The hotel was dirty, especially in the public restroom on the first floor. And worse, when we reported the condition of the rest room to the person at the front desk, she didn’t seem to care at all. We did not receive our scheduled wake-up call at the requested time and staff did not even apologize. Breakfast, for which there was an additional charge, was very poor compared to other Hilton Garden Inns we’ve stayed at. And once again, a very laissez-faire attitude was apparent in the staff.

Walked in, first thing I noticed is the bed looks like it’s been used. There was garbage (a McDonald’s cup) on the floor next to the bed closest to the window. Otherwise, a generic two queen bed room. Not a place I’ll plan on staying next time I’m in the area. Chose it this time due to cost and my Hilton Honors loyalty.

We had a guys trip for the Packers / Cowboys Game and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Kimberly this weekend. The service was awesome. I’d like to point out Erin at the front desk specifically. She was incredible and her service was 2nd to none. Please consider hiring more people like Erin ?

We always stay at this hotel when visiting a friend in Kaukauna. We arrived a little early and our accessible room was ready. Huge accessible bathroom and the room was very big. Super clean too! the staff is very friendly and polite. The pool was open and clean, the breakfast was hot and good. It is a really pretty hotel and is kept up to the Hilton standards. I would not stay anywhere else. Great location as well.

First of all, I can't give this a 5 star rating because we didn't get the king room I had booked. Instead we got 2 queens near a busy, noisy elevator. Once I asked to be moved I was informed there were no more kings but we were moved to a much quieter place. The room was clean, bathroom door squeaked though. Beds were comfy. I also have to give credit to whoever looked at the room we moved from because I left my purse and car keys on the counter and they were returned to us right away.

The hotel is ok. My original room that I wanted, upon arrival, wasn't even cleaned/ready. Had to go talk to them about it and changed room. Bad start. Toilets were cleaned but looking more under the toilet bowl, feces stains. 2nd bad thing. 1 towel had some hair stuck into it (didn't touch it), that's the 3rd bad thing. With the poor decor placement, because the bed is shifted all the way to the corner of wall, one side of bed has outlets and usb connector added with a non working reading light, the other side of bed outlet is all the way to the other side of the room. First time trying this hotel, never coming back. Most hotel I tried, were more clean, ready and more care into making the hotel feel decent enough.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hottub was great - other hotels maintain such a high water temp that one can barely tolerate. Would definitely stay at again. A+++
