My favorite place to enjoy coffee and toast has been wiped away. Twice I've visited and experienced cold pour overs and the quality of the breads and food prep have declined. Insane bummer.

We go to il Bar at least weekly. The staff is very nice, the coffee is excellent and the food is very good. The breakfast burrito and iced lattes are amazing.

So im basically on a personal hunt to find the best croissant in Wisconsin. Not gonna lie i did not have high hopes, but i wanted to make a crookie so bad. THEY PROVED ME WRONG. The chocolate croissant was very good, and the 2 regular ones i used to make crookies worked perfectly. The prices here seem a lot more fair compared to some of the other places ive been to with similar quality croissants. WILL BE BACK ?

I am new in Appleton area where I relocated to work x one of the greatest employers in the area. A colleague from Puerto Rico recommended this place x us people different from Mexico is difficult to find place due to mexicanitation for rest of people besides México. I got a burrito Cuban sandwich are at lunch only . The burrito was really a gourmet delicious make w fresh tomatoes, avocado, Swiss cheese and fresh eggs. The coffee wow I know anote coffee I was born in Nicaragua but live more USA that there. This coffee is the best . Kudos to this place

The space is nice and the servers are friendly, but the Croissant was stale, biscotti was soft, tea was weak.

The drinks and food were delicious. The staff was courteous and efficient. They do a brisk carry-out business, and the atmosphere is conducive to quiet conversation. I enjoyed my visit with friends there more because the coffee was that good.

I stopped in to the new IL coffeehouse downtown Appleton on College Avenue today. It was a fantastic experience. Directly upon entering I was greeted by the staff. They were all extremely gracious, friendly and helpful. Thank you all. I’d like to give a shout out to Cara and the other two girls sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names but you were all simply amazing and very customer service driven. Your new space is beautiful. I really enjoy the comfortable seating and there was a lot of seating so no one was fighting for chairs lol I love the vaulted ceilings and open windows ceiling to floor for an open natural light.

I ordered a espresso and one of your baked goods and everything was delicious. Restaurant was very clean, including bathrooms. I would like to take the staff again for their wonderful TLC.

The coffee bar was a homey and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, the menu had even made my opinions of the place even higher. I loved their wide and unique selection of coffee, non coffee, breakfast and lunch! As it was once just a visit, it has now become a place I can always go to expecting nothing but greatness. Make you visit!!

Vegetarian options: One of the vegetarian options I’d recommend is the Verde ovo bagel, one bite into the egg had the perfect runny consistency, on top was the spinach, and lastly the thing that makes any type of bagel sandwich its best is the cream cheese.
