Get there by 3:15pm , stand in line by the door, wait to open at 4pm. Get a seat at the bar, Register for a table. Bar staff was great, server was great! Food was worth the wait.

This place is a classic Supper club. Always packed with people, walk in, register, grab a beverage, mingle with friends or create new friends.. put your order in at the bar area. Grab another beverage, and wait your turn to eat. Food was top notch, service is excellent.

A classic Wisconsin Supper Club vibe and the food is fine (although not exceptional). Service was decent. The food however was not worth the THREE HOUR WAIT for a table. Not exaggerating sadly. They told us 90 minutes when we checked in (promptly on arrival) and that is fairly typical -- but it was nearly 8p before we were seated. There are plenty of good alternatives -- we won't be back.

Very delicious food, friendly staff great service. Highly recommend. and if you like barbecue ribs and twice baked potatoes this is the supper club to go to the ribs and everything else is so delicious

We love this place! Such reasonable prices. Delicious salad bar and soup with every entree. Our steaks are always cooked to perfection and so flavorful.
Only complaint would be it takes a bit to sit down so be prepared to wait, which is typical for any supper club experience.

Food was good, but waitress never asked us if we wanted drinks. š¤· Salad bar set up is... difficult. Too many people trying to reach through to the other side and others going to the other side, then soup is off on it's own. May be ok when it's not busy.
We go stuck down the stairs from the salad bar where there was a birthday party with about 12 people, each person at least 3 Old Fashioneds deep before their food arrived. It was very loud, we could barely hear anyone at our own table. ā¹ļø

Gave 1 star based on the total experience. Arrived and checked in at host station. Sat at bar and ordered drinks. Can't rate the food as we left after close to an hour wait. Lots of empty tables and no communication with staff for updates. Judging by the people there in line before us, it would have been another 45 minutes to an hour before we would get a chance to order. Place was not jam packed. Never waited that long for a meal.

I came to eat by myself and they made me feel at home. Which is good since I live very close now by by the river. The bar service was the fastest and friendliest I have ever seen. The hostess and wait staff were great. The food was perfect. Will be back.

We made a reservation for early! We got there when it opened, this is where our experience went Southā¦ the bartender was obviously pissed off about the staff from the night before not having Filled the drink refrigerators ā¦ she bitched about it the Whole time to the other Bartender, who was trying to just wait on customers, pleasantly, but that girl wouldnāt let it Go!!! So uncomfortable! Then we were seated, AWESOME Waitress!! I ordered the Tenderloin and Shrimp with Twice Baked Potato. Nice salad bar! My Tenderloin was TOUGH and Twice Bake was Coldā¦ WHAT?? SHAME ON THAT CHEF!!ā¦ he had to know that cut of Meat was like a dang a Beef roast and that the potato was coldā¦. My shrimp was good so that was what I ate!! It was a special occasion, but will NOT be going there anytime soon!!! So Sad!
I know people will ask āDid you send it back?ā NO! I was a waitress for 12 years in a Supper Clubā¦ when People would send it backā¦. Never a good experienceā¦ :-(
