Service here sucks they are always ridiculously slow it shows a lack of respect for the customer when the employees are in the back laughing and giggling and I’m waiting in the drive thru line for 5+ minutes bc your employees can’t stop fooling around

It's McDonald's! But I got a charge out of the adult Happy Meal. I LOVED the Grinch salt, but from what I hear, it's not for everyone. And I'll also use (ok wear) my prize ~ Grinch themed socks!

This place sucks the food is ok mostly employees and managers here suck I have a friend who works here and when they came in toad to clean the Playland piles of garbage was everywhere the floor was a mess and it looks like it didn't get cleaned up for years they also said in the back where you guys put all the garbage it was overflowing outside of the garbage it was piling up

Every table was filthy and the floors were either sticky or wet, literally all over. I know they have the kiosks, but there was zero acknowledgement of us being there. Just really disappointed and was not at all impressed. I didn’t feel entirely comfortable eating there and my kids didn’t even want to crawl into the playplace.

seems like everytime me and my significant other order, we always have an issue. the food is either messed up or we’re met with incompetence from the employees. we just went through the drive thru and we had to go around multiple times to get what we actually ordered. it’s unfortunate that this is the norm for this location. do better!

My fries were kind of stale and cold. Same for the tender in my snack wrap. If it was fresher it would be great because the fries were perfectly salted and the wrap had the perfect amount of condiments. I think I'll stick to the McDonald's on Ballard or West College in Appleton because the food is fresh everytime. The staff were very kind though. But maybe they could not be goofing off in the back and pay attention to food quality and cleaning.

They should be more careful when making the food, in the morning I bought some breakfasts and in the egg of one of them a hair came out and it's in bad taste

get yourself the typical McD's experience of having your order messed up. whether it's the wrong item or missing something... 3 small drinks and only given 2.... two 4-piece mcnuggets and only given one..... should not have to return to counter to get my missing items.... do all McD's locations get a kick out of messing up a customer's order? surely can't be that hard to take 5 seconds to double check the order before handing to us... be prepared to double check your plate/bag when they bring it out to you, because they won't
