Queso Fresco

We tried Queso Fresco for the first time. We got takeout and it was very tasty! I had the chorizo fajitas and my husband had the chicken enchiladas. Everything seemed very fresh and had great flavor. The homemade queso fresco was something different we don’t get at other Mexican restaurants in the area so that was neat to try. We were very happy with our meals. Well done!

I was greeted promptly when I walked in and shown to a booth. Chips and salsa showed up shortly as I found one of my favorite dishes on the menu. Food came quickly and was very good. It was amusing to listen to the bar maid talking with another couple "I am 18 - old enough to mix a drink, just not old enough to taste it" was the beginning of an endless stream of gossip. Although they were out of a few things, they made it work and the food ended up being Excellent. What really made the experience here great was the young boy who wasn't our server, but did all of the work...refilled drinks, brought out our food, checked in, brought napkins, sauces, etc. At the end I asked him who gets the tip and he, in a humble manner, said she (the server does).
