Didn't get my mozzarella stick. They gave me the sauce. I wouldn't even leave a bad review but they wont answer the phone to correct thier mistake. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Pretty disappointing. I am now gonna be that guy who empties the bag right in line to make sure it's right. 1/8/26. [[[Edit... it's even difficult to fill out thier submission form. What a waste of time]]]

It's usually a decent place to go but 3 out of the last 4 times I placed a to-go order for a French dip sandwich they forgot to pack my ajous cup. I'll have to open it up and check every damn time from now on I suppose.

Always have a good experience with Arby's..good food, your order is always correct..friendly people..and go on line, get the app..and you get good deals all the time..a variety of different sandwiches..and they switch it up..not always the same sandwiches..
