Everything was good and expected for a fast food place to eat. Went in to eat, but it was way too cold for my liking, so we decided to take it out instead. My only complaint was having the air conditioning that cold on a rainy, cool day to begin with.

Love Arby's, only problem with giving 5 stars is my local Arby's had a very grumpy DT worker who was giving attitude over sauces and us asking for napkins. Other than that I really do enjoy Arby's food, especially the gyros.

The store seemed very short handed so the drive through was backing up fast counter seemed slower where the store was short handed. I feel everyone working behind the counter the drive through and the back line was doing the best they can do. Didn’t see any shift manager or any other manager working the line to help with the orders.
