This is part of Sports Core, a membership health club, but Take 5 is near the entrance and open to the public. I don;t think you would want to make it a destination unless you live in the area and are considering becoming a member of Sports Core.
This is a good spot to grab something after a workout. The wraps and sandwiches are pre-made so do not expect anything fresh. The smoothies are very good & a nicer refresher after a hard workout. This is overall a good place to go for something fast as you run out the door.
I love being able to grab a hot cup of coffee or a cold adult beverage from Take 5 Café while i'm there. They have THE BEST smoothies over everyone else and have great soups and sandwiches for very reasonable prices!
