Every aspect of our meal was wonderful. Kudos to the chef and the creative combinations. I want to specifically mention that our server, Ian, and the sommelier, John, really made the experience.
I would definitely put this place in the Michelin category. It's a shame Wisconsin doesn't rate restaurants that way yet. The food was outstanding with a seasonal inspiration. We did the 5 course menu and it was more than enough food. We're from Chicago and enjoy the food scene there. I would definitely put this restaurant in our top 5 favorite of all time. This would be our go to restaurant for special occasions for sure. Ian, our server was beyond knowledgeable...
If your looking for a very special experience, go to the Immigrant Room at the American Club. Every part of our meal was incredible from the amazing flavors to the amazing wait staff and the very knowledgeable Sommelier. We were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and were engaged there 37 years ago.
