We stopped for the sushi special at the wine bar in the American Club. The chef trained in Japan and it shows. We’ve eaten a lot of sushi and this stuff is on par with the best. Highly recommend for great food, drinks, and service.
This is a 4.5 star review. It’s the perfect pre or post dinner pit stop. They have a short menu so you can stay for dinner too. The bartenders are the best pros, very knowledgeable. Peter is outstanding- had a great time discussing wines and what’s in the cellar. He also shared a little education on Glenlivet. Prices reflect resort pricing- see the menu photos. This is a cozy atmosphere, great for groups, friends or couples. This book has all the elements of a special spot....
My wife and I stayed at the American Club recently and decided to try The Winery for a late evening drink and listen to the fine guitar music that was being played. We were not disappointed. Our drinks were good and the music was nice.
