11/9/25 maybe don’t work as a bartender if you hate it so much. We’ve never had this bad of an experience anywhere. We frequent 608 La Crosse often and we usually love the bartender working but absolutely not tonight. Why so bitter? From someone who has been a bartender for awhile this is not cool behavior at all. Your problems aren’t bigger than anyone else’s. Leave your attitude at home. We come here to relieve stress not make more. Appreciate your customers. 3/5 stars cause I know the other bartenders would not act this way. I hope the bartender working tonight sees better days cause obviously this one was not having a good day.

The building was easy to access and clean. The bartenders were helpful and attentive. Overall, the beers were OK with no real standouts. The outside area/patio was nice too.

I love this brewery! Easy parking, fun taproom, and outdoor seating! I've enjoyed most of their beers. They have a rotating selection, so I often decide to get a flight! I think it's great that they have a location in Holmen as well.

I am reviewing a beer and never visited the location. Fruited sour - lacks the sour. It has a nice clean taste of fruit I believe to be cherries. My low rating is because of the lack of sourness.

608 Brewing is one of my favorite spots. The beer is consistently fantastic and no matter what kind of beer you try, you can count on it being full of flavor and expertly made. It is rare to find a brewery that delivers such high quality across the board, but 608 nails it every time.
The energy is fun and relaxed, and you can tell people genuinely enjoy being there. The owners and employees are incredible. They are welcoming, passionate, and dropping by is always fun and relaxed. If you are in the area, you absolutely need to stop by!

I have lived in Onalaska for 2 1/2 years and hadn’t gotten to visit 608 Brewing until a couple weeks ago. Huge mistake. This is truly an underrated brewery. The staff was so kind and both times I visited, they went above and beyond to offer samples and look for cans that weren’t in the case—just an added bonus to the incredible brews. The first time visiting I tried a flight and not one was a miss, Tasty all the way through. Their sours are out of this world and so high-quality. If you haven’t visited yet or are in town visiting, this is a must stop. You can even grab a Mama K’s pizza if you are feeling hungry. I noticed they have merch, too, and it is all very high-quality printing and fabrics. Will forever rave about this brewery and go out of my way to stop and grab a pack here versus mass-produced domestics. Keep supporting small businesses like these!

Visiting from out of town, and they had some decent beers on tap and cans, so thought we'd check it out. Too bad they were closed for an employee meeting at 6 right when we took an Uber. Never a good look for an employee meeting shortly after opening. Cheers.
