Paid for extras and never got the extras. Very skimpy on everything besides rice. Definitely going downhill on quality.

It took over 15 minutes for my son & husband's burritos. When the employee came back after standing around for a few minutes to make mine, he went into the back & stood around, I could see him through the window, and 5 minutes later came out and told me there was no more of one of the ingredients to my burrito. This was at least 12 minutes AFTER he tried to make my son pay for his burrito, when the 3 of us had been standing in line for about 20 minutes TOGETHER. I have NEVER had such horrible service. My 12 year old daughter could easily assemble burritos faster than any of the 3 guys working there, combined. Not to even mention that a food delivery order came in AFTER we had started to place our orders, the one employee making it literally budged right in which is why I had no ingredients for my burrito and it was a MAIN INGREDIENT-beans, right at 6 pm. I'm was totally fed up and just walked out, which I haven't done anywhere in quite some time. After my husband stood there waiting and eventually asking for someone to ring up the 2 burritos that were sitting there getting cold, they finally had their burritos and COULD leave.I understand that there is an employee shortage everywhere, but having employees that have absolutely NO ambition to be there just creates frustrated customers, bad reviews, and loss of customers. Honestly, they'd probably lose less money by closing one or 2 days a week.

I have been to BA Burrito several times without complaint. However, the last time I went, an employee was walking around the food with his mask pulled under his chin. He then rubbed his eyes, nose, and adjusted his mask on his face all while wearing food service gloves. The employee started making food with the same gloves on that he used to rub his eyes and nose. All the food was contaminated by this nasty employee and we left. I will never be back.

The rice was dried out. My BA burrito was the size of an LA burrito. The vegetables were not fully cooked. I used to love their burritos but today I was very disappointed.

The employees at BA Burrito are not the greatest. They are slow workers and they messed up my order. Also, I ordered a burrito BA style and it was smaller than an LA style burrito. New management would be nice.

I was so looking forward to ordering a BA burrito once my mouth was good enough for semi solid food after wisdom teeth removal. According to all available sources, (their BA Burrito's website, Google.) they were supposed to be open today,Online ordering didn't work, calling their restaurant gave me voice mail. The website was no help. In order to even understand what was going on I had to GO TO THEIR LOCATION to get a straight answer as to what was going on, via a sign posted in their darkened windows. They've been closed all weekend.I LOVE your food, but guys, come on. ONE notification on one of the websites, or at the very least a message on the answering machine when you call in would have been nice, could have saved me the trip and the heartache.
Very good food, owned and operated by a great local family. I love that the menu has such variety. Anything from a standard classic burito to the wildest combination of ingredients you want to wrap inside a tortilla.

Orderd on eat street missing half of the ingredients in the burrito that it comes with.. head shaker.. lettuce was so wilty I just threw it away. It was like it was warmed up in the microwave.. barf
