food, drinks, staff, prices they are all fantastic!

Very good bar used to say it was 5* but now I have to say only 4*s. The environment is great, service is excellent and everyone is extremely polite, that atmosphere is pleasant and the food is very good, BUT!!! they no longer serve the Featured Egg Rolls, that was a unique specialty that this establishment had and they were EXCELLENT!! Overall it's still a very good place, but a sad day to hear those delicious appetizers are gone

Bennett O'Reilly's South is a fantastic spot! The interior design is truly stunning and unique. I've dined there several times and consistently found the staff to be exceptional. Their drink menu is impressive, with particular standouts being their Bloody Marys and seasonal mojitos. The food menu offers creative and delicious options. I highly recommend their Reuben egg rolls, pizza, and the Spitfire wrap. Their flat french fries are also a must-try. While service times have improved recently, there were occasional instances of longer-than-desired wait times in the past. Overall, I highly recommend Bennett O'Reilly's South.

Had a great time with live music, great crowd of people and employees are very friendly... Onions rings are the best I've tried anywhere!!!

Extremely good service but extremely understaffed. Service was slow and took about an hour to get our food and once the food arrived multiple pieces of food was missing. My hopes were high but they seem to have a staffing issue.

Walked in, only two tables occupied, nodded to a worker and sat down. 15min later still waiting, left. I guess if two tables is too much for them, it’s good we didn’t order.

Not the 1st or 2nd, but 3rd time I have been disappointed. The food is good. The staff are nice. But not having enough staff and cooks is getting ridiculous. On Sept 28, my husband and I wanted a few drinks and lunch. Went to Bennett's. Immediately was told to sit wherever and that it be awhile. Abby was bartending and waitressing all alone! As more people showed up and one table leaving after no service. We too decided after our one drink to leave. Cooks swearing in the kitchen and food not being delivered. I left a box card asking for the manager to call me. Since he didn't, I'm posting a review. By the way, the Mirage had great staff! And got a lunch even though they too were busy.

Stopped there today with my partner for brunch. This is my 5th or 6th time eating there and the breakfast is usually very good!
Today, I actually left still hungry and our bill for two was $50 before tip. I ordered the same thing I have in the past. I received the hash browns with peppers, onions, cheese and brisket. Today, it did not include two eggs or toast?! It may have been a new cook due to the Octoberfest celebration going on in town? Then I look over where they were setting up the pizza buffet, picture included. There was no sneeze guard, no heat lamp and placed right by the door. I witnessed several people standing over the pizza trying to view the varieties offered. After witnessing this, I would NEVER order this option. People just stood over the pizza without taking any. So sad that this is how my dining experience has deteriorated. Not sure I will be back. It's just good common sense to take food precautions, but unfortunately common sense is so rare these days!

This was our first time. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The waitress was great and answered our questions. The problem is the food was really bad. The Ruben egg rolls, cheese curds, and fries are good. The Ruben is the worst I think I've ever had, the consistency of the meat was horrible (it was soft and almost slimy) and the sauce was not even close to traditional, the consensus at the table was that it was pretty awful. The chicken sandwich was tough and stringy. The badgerland burger was ok, but definitely not something to write home about. I think they are trying to put their own twist on it, which is admirable, but it fell flat. I don't think we will ever eat there again, but might consider it for drinks. They certainly weren't busy, but the bar was over half full and there were a couple other tables. Certainly wouldn't explain the food quality, so I'm thinking this isn't an oddity.

Our server was Kada and, honestly, she was one of the best servers I have ever had. Sometimes if servers are doing things just to get a big tip, but with Kada, I could tell she actually cared about our experience and was serving us to the best of her abilities, not to get a big tip, but because she cared about us. It's hard to explain, but it was just so refreshing. Thank you Kada for making our experience so fantastic!!

We arrived at 5:30pm as a family of 6. Drinks we ordered were water and 2 beers. Food came out cold but 1 plate. 2 dinners forgotten. Orders mixed up and missing items. We left at 7:30pm. Server was nice. No manager there. Automatically added 20% tip for a group over 8. We had 6 people. We happened to know a family that arrived at same time and sat at 2 separate tables. Cheese curds and fries were cold. Good potential but bad execution. The restaurant had one other group of 8 that “slammed them” and a few regulars this night. Basically empty restaurant.

The food was cold and took two hours to arrive. The restaraunt was empty, so I have no idea why it took so long. Many items were messed up. The food was very small for the price. The waitress was very apologetic.
