Two things about this location.1.) Waited over 20 minutes for cookies after getting the first part of my order when there were only two other people in the restaurant already eating. All while seeing the employees on their phone while waiting to finish.2.) Gave them the code for free food on App. Their system was down, and they didn't honor it after attempting to put in the code at the register. Hopefully, the money they saved by not returning my points will give them a few dollars to stay in business since Burger King has been shutting down locations across this country.

I ordered French toast sticks, brought them home and they were raw in the middle…slimy and doughy. I have ordered these multiple times in the past with no problems. I reached out to the location and the manager told me that they fry them for 1 minute and I can ask if I want them done more. Totally did not take responsibility and instead passed the issue back to me to remedy.

Always prepare orders correctly. French fries and onion rings fresh. One of our favorite fast burgers places.
The customer service sucks. We greeted the person at the register and she didn’t even respond and had a mean look on her face. The chicken wrap was burnt and dry. The buns was dry and hard, probably expired. I was not satisfied. Would have addressed it but I had to leave quickly due to important priorities. I will not return to this location.

Out of the 20-30 times I’ve ordered through the Drive-Thru, not one was bad. None more than a 2-3 minute wait, not one thing wrong, not one thing burnt, cold, nothing. Don’t recommend their nuggets though.

Great Burger King. Pulled up to the drive through 15 minutes to close, felt a little guilty, but the service was perfect. Very patient and provided the expected quality of food.

The communication between the cooks and cashier is horrible. If u want to get your food after everyone who ordered after you, this is the perfect Burger King to go to. If you want to watch some real life drama between the cashier and cooks with poor communication skills, this is the perfect Burger King to go to. If you want poor customer service, this is the perfect Burger King to go to. My boyfriend and I waited 30 minutes to get our food, when everyone after us who ordered, got their food first. We were order #2, and orders after us got their food first. We confronted the cashier, and asked her why everyone elses orders were coming out before ours, and they didn't do anything about it, but continued, bringing out orders that were after ours. We then finally got our food and the cashier came over to our table and said "Are you happy now that you got your food, atleast you didn't starve to death waiting for your food." She didn't give any unsatisfied customers a discount, or a free meal. My boyfriend and I, weren't the only people waiting on their meal for 30 minutes that day. My boyfriend went there today, and he told me the same thing happened today, he had to wait 20 minutes to get his food. He has a 30 minute lunch break and he goes there to get something quick to eat, before he goes back to work. We have normally had good customer service and food service in the past, but this place has become a s#!t show.
