I ordered breakfast from this place for this first time via DoorDash and didn’t get most of what was described on the menu. The veggies aren’t sautéed, so the onions overpower everything. I ordered a peach smoothie with my order, and instead of calling me to tell me they didn’t have it, they waited till I got there. The coffee is just okay at best.
Very overpriced for basically hospital quality food. I likely won’t be back.

Most of the order was wrong and just done horribly. Croissant for the sandwich was burnt like hell. One of the breakfast wraps had avacado at only each end of it and both the REGULAR large chai frappes had coffee in it which we didn't order This stuff is on the pricey side so getting most of the order being wrong is ridiculous I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one got me.

Yummmmmmyyy!!!!! This place is super good, affordable plus Way More than a coffin shop!!! My wife & i stopped here while delivering a load up the street, we had Megan as our barista and were very lucky to have her help us out with great decisions on the Epic selections they have. Made our coffees better than we hopped for as well! If we are ever in this area again, we are definitely stopping for the scenery for the atmosphere. For the great selections of coffee and food, not to mention,great baristas like Megan, it really brings it home for us.This place is a must stop at!!!

I have been buying chai tea syrup from Cabin Coffee for years. Today I went in to purchase some and tried to use some gift certificates. Apparently two out of three of them had an expiration date on the back and had already expired. I commented that it would have been nice to have been told of the expiration dates at the time of purchase. The older woman proceeded to rant at me that it was clearly stated and that I was having an attitude. I hadn't asked for anything to be done about it or demanded anything and she tore in to me. We all have bad days but her reaction was rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This morning I placed my order for a breakfast bowl, with sausage and bacon. I also asked for a breve in one of their larger sized mugs for eating in. There was no wait and it was not busy. The barista that took order was very friendly, and asked if I wanted flavor in my drink to which I responded no thank you. I did not look at the total and then placed a cash tip in the tip jar before walking away. Then I was presented my drink in a to-go cup instead of the mug I asked for. I politely mentioned that I wanted the larger mug again, but I let it go since a to-go cup already contained the drink. I even apologized to them for mentioning anything. I then took a sip and noticed the barista had put at least a couple pumps of flavored syrup. I apologized for taking their attention again and politely asked them to remake it since I wasn’t wanting any added sugar to my drink and they willingly oblige after stating she placed the order right and simply messed up. (Still all good here) When they handed me my drink back, it was now presented in a medium sized mug instead of the larger one I’d asked for. I then politely asked why I didn’t get the larger size and they responded “I only charged you for a small”. I then walked away composed, but pretty frustrated, as I lost any confidence that the barista could give me what I originally conveyed.
I don’t have anything negative to say about the atmosphere, how friendly the service is, facilities or quality of product, because all are typically enjoyable. However, I knew what I wanted and the barista was not able to get it right via multiple attempts. I didn’t order a complicated drink requiring elaborate instructions. I ordered a breve in a large sized mug. I didn’t ask for them to charge me for a small drink. I didn’t ask for a to-go cup. I didn’t ask for flavor syrup to be added to my drink. I didn’t ask for the medium sized mug.
I will again frequent Cabin coffee as I typically enjoy their product, but I do recommend management to encourage the barista staff to listen more intently to the customer and to follow what the customers are requesting. Maybe this barista was new & needs more training. Maybe they were stressed due to unseen circumstances. I don’t know. All I know is that a customer shouldn’t have to go back and forth to get what they want and still not get what they want at the end of it…

The friendliest service especially if you have littles! We walked in and the staff all treated our daughter like the star of the show. They gifted us a free apple juice and a pile of stickers to “spread the Christmas cheer”. Love the kid play area and fun saddle seating. The coffee and Peppermint Chai were delicious! The food wasn’t anything out of this world but it hit the spot, was served up hot and quick, and was exactly what we needed for a quick sit down breakfast. We will definitely be returning and telling all of our friends with younger kids!
