We were shopping in La Crosse and stumbled upon this place. The decor and atmosphere were wonderful. Even had books and toys for kids. Had games next to the fireplace to pass the time. The coffee was wonderful and they're were a ton of options. We got the cinnamon roll and it was soft and delicious. The batistas even offered our daughter a free applesauce. Definitely will be back again!

Ridiculously mid. Outside of the atmosphere, being fairly campy, doesn’t really have very much that’s original to offer again, nothing special, would get coffee at a more…some sort of place that has the ability to take itself seriously.

Ordered a hot vanilla latte & lavender buzz. Very awesome. The baristas were very friendly and very welcoming personalities. Very awesome and a most enjoyable time there. Definitely, a must visit place for anyone, local or passerby. Definitely get the lavender buzz. Very rich and creamy. The cool whip and shot of espresso took the flavor over the top.

The store itself, as you can see in my photos, has lots of sitting room in the front part, plus this place has a large back room for parties or groups. Plus, there is a small children's area with toys and a good children's books section. Very cool.

I also want to make a positive note about their merchandise like shirts, cups, and other souvenirs. All cool. I bought a coffee cup that was cool.

And, if you want to have some fun, there's a seat with a horse's saddle on it that the kids, or other adventurous person, can sit on and take a picture for a good memory to look back on.

Parking: Ok, so there is parking, per say, on the street or in the parking garage across the street. Mostly parking in the parking ramp.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a large space for kids. Plus, there's a small area for the kids to play with toys and a good selection of children's books to read. Very cool and family orientated.

Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious for wheelchairs inside. However, the door isn't wheelchair access and needs to be held open, not automatic.

Ordered for pick up via their app. After getting back home, we realized they had only given us one of the two sandwiches we ordered and went back. After explaining the situation, we were told “well we’re really busy right now so it’s going to be a bit”. Not only no apology or acknowledgment, we were clearly putting them out. The bagel we ordered and did receive tasted like cardboard, and the coffee was watered down. We wound up leaving without our second sandwich and will not be back.

They forgot my wife’s food . First she ordered a cinnamon mocha and they brought out a cinnamon roll instead . Then my food showed up , but hers never came , when I approached the counter , they said they were sorry the soup was left in the microwave so they forgot about it , plus the veggie sandwich was never made . They said they would give us a whole sandwich instead of a half for no extra charge , I said my wife didn’t want a full sandwich , so how is that making up for the mistake ? We got no response.Won’t go back .

Cinnamon rolls tasted like they sat there for 3 days. Praying we don’t get sick. Candy cane mocha was ok. Great environment.

Visited twice in one weekend. Imo consitent confusion as noted in both visits. They got our name wrong, order wrong, order came out piece meal as did many other patrons.Staff was nice but bungled over eachother like it was their first day, maybe the process is flawed.Coffee and bagles were good. This is just not an efficient in 'n out machine.Would I return, probably. I know there are other a.m. coffee options nearby to try.
