Our son loved going to chuck-e-cheese. It was his first time and it was so much fun. We bought a Groupon and it was great. I love that they stamp your hands with your child's and check when you leave. The manager is young but very good at what she does. She honestly deserves a raise! A well ran place with a fun environment. We look forward to taking him again.

Kinda expensive, but I already knew that before going. However... some games didn't have the equipment to play and had no out of order signs. A basketball game had no basketballs, and the baseball game had no baseballs.

There's also quite a limited amount of arcade games now. The prizes are also super cheap dollar store quality when you pay $22ish for 1 hour. You get on average 3-7 tickets per game.

Great place for the kids birthday party, but staff seem to run from helping customers

My 12 yr old son has always dreamed of going here so we finally did for his 13th birthday. He's autistic. Him and his 4 friends along with myself and Daddy all went and had a great time. We bought the 99$ birthday pkg and 1 pizza, got free churros. They made sure my son got the stuffed animal he really wanted from all the arcade game prizes. We had so much fun I really can't believe they allow for unlimited arcade game play that's so amazing to me!

Fun place to bring kids for fun and birthday parties but food is just so so.

Poor staffing is a significant issue. I understand that on a weekday like Wednesday, it's likely not busy in terms of customer traffic. However, when I went to the front to redeem my kids' points, there was nobody there. We had to wait for about 30 to 40 minutes. We shouted for help, and there was no response. A DoorDash driver also became annoyed and was shouting in there to see if anyone was present. Eventually, a male staff member came out. He didn't even apologize for making us wait or offer a greeting. He looked like he had just woken up. There needs to be better staffing, with employees available rather than seemingly hanging out in their back office or wherever they were.

We arrived soon after they opened to beat the rush. Our kids had a great time, they enjoyed the food, and we left once it became crowded. We'd recommend it!

Vacuuming while people are present kinda ruined the atmosphere, but I get it, teens want to get out as soon as possible. Service was decent when we ordered food at 5:51. The place said it was open until 9pm and we ordered some desert at 8:10 which was difficult as no one could be found at the counter. Finally my girlfriend peeked through the food pass to witness a dance party in the kitchen. As we waited 20 mins for a cookie, we chatted with someone else who was waiting for cheesey bread for 40 mins and thought the notification pick was broken and also sat waiting. Usually it has been decent at the location but tonight was a miss.

I decided to check the place out, see how “newer and better” it was. Last time I went before this last visit was back when they still had the animatronics.

First of all, the food was way pricier than I remember it being, secondly, I was outraged seeing an advertisement for Ryan’s World on the big screen where the stage used to be, is it not clear to the public that his parents should be arrested for all the abuse behind all this? Why does CEC still support it?

Oh and here’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. The technician there, Kevin, cussed at me for no reason. Since I know he worked there a long time, I was just curious to see what his thoughts were about all the changes and such.

But get this, I didn’t even say 4 words to the guy, all I did was say hi and introduce myself, he says “I don’t give a shit, I’m busy.” Like come on, I don’t know what’s wrong with your life, or if you hate your job, but you have no right to cuss at a guest like that.

That was enough proof right there that this Chuck E. Cheese is no longer the family friendly place of joy it once was, but now a passive aggressive disgusting shell of what it used to be.

If you wanna take your kids to a Chuck E. Cheese, take them to the one in Springfield Illinois. Not only do they have animatronics, but the staff there is much friendlier. As for a local ordinary arcade near Wisconsin or Minnesota, there’s plenty others that are much better than this sad shell of what it was.

Please, for the love of god, don’t make the mistake of taking your kids somewhere where people are only there to make a check, this is one of those places.

Ultimately, I’m never stepping foot into this location again, I hope to god it closes down.

I haven’t been here in years and today was a reminder of why. Waited in line to pay 55 dollars for a sampler platter, two sodas and half hour of play time. Three different sodas were out and I let two different employees know which one replied with “we’re really busy”. I waited 15 mins, checked and still running clear. Gave up. Party was done at 2:30 and 2:24 I went to the counter asking where my sampler platter was a 1.5 hours later. Mind you, two other people in our party did not receive their pizzas who were in line right behind me. One had to go up and ask about it at 2:20 and it was finally in the oven after asking two different employees. The other pizza wasn’t even made and they requested to have theirs boxed up to go. I’m not sure who’s running the place but it surely isn’t what it used to be. Oh and then they have the audacity to complain about the 3pm parties coming in and the 12:30 parties not out yet. Perhaps if they offered better service as a business for the over paying customers, it wouldn’t be an issue. Over priced and poorly ran. One of the kids even made it out the door without being checked. What is the point of the hand stamp?

If you need a job, go apply. They need your help.
