As far as fast-food goes, Culvers is a good investment. The staff are always great, the place is clean, service is great, and the food is consistently good with great choices. It beats out all the other fast-food.

My daughter and I got the 3 piece fish dinner last night 01/09/26. It was just awful!!! The fish had way to much thick batter. We could not eat it!! We have been coming here for years and years, have never had bad fish like that ever. We spent $40+ dollars for a meal we couldn't eat!! So disappointed!!! :(

This is the 5th week in a row that our orders have been messed up. We grab Culvers on Sunday evenings for a convnient dinner. We normally never have any issues, however, the last 5 weeks in a row there has been an error. We typically order the same two meals. The past 4 weeks we did not receive fries for one of our meals. The first week we chalked it up to a simple error. The second and 3rd week we were annoyed as we got charged for a meal but did not receive the full meal. Last week we checked the bag before leaving the property and sure enough, no fries. Went in and told them this and they offered a free meal. Well, we went this week to get our order and my girlfriend kept the person that brings the food out next to the car to confirm we had fries, which we did. However, we always request drinks without ice, and we get a root beer and a Diet Coke. Well we had two diet cokes full of ice. We never used to worry about the service at this establishment, now they are just as bad as taco bell next door. unfortunately, I dont think we will be giving our business here anymore. They have ample amounts of staff but we continually keep getting our orders wrong. Maybe they should have the expense of the meals come out of the employees checks so they actually pay attention and get orders correct.
I went through the drive through and they forgot my salad but its okay accidents happen. I called and let them know and spoke to one of the nicest guys ive ever met who im assuming was the manager. He was very apologetic and offered free value baskets or to come back and he would make it fresh. I went back to pick up the fresh salad and was given two free value baskets for the trouble. Not only that but he let me pick out two pints of custard out of the freezer. Overall I am very happy and feel he made it more than right. Thats what Midwest culvers service is all about.

Showed up to the one in la Crosse on a bus 6: 00 on your way back from Mall of America bus trip and we were in and out in a half hour. 45 minutes tops great. Hard-working bunch of people. Great customer service. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean bathrooms

Good fast food and excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and polite. I usually only do drive through so I was pleasantly surprised with how nice of an atmosphere it was inside. If youre looking for a tasty quick bite, this is the place!
