This place is the worst , as an insider , I can tell you (Cody ) theGM does not care ! Adam the dm does not care ! Both have been coursed excessively on the problems , nothing has changed in a year . Ant problem , fly problem , cleaning is optional. The burger machine , hasn’t been cleaned in months. Temps are never taken , food is left for hours , (1-2 ) and still served . Condiments , rarely changed , queso , chili , gravy , I pray for you if you eat that stuff , I’ve seen it left over for over a week and reused , I’ve seen veggies literally moldy and still .. bread moldy , people , please , just stop going here , they have a store in Onalaska, Tina might be a pos, but at least her store is clean . Seen meat thaw (because they loose power and the refrigerators early work ), but refrozen and used . Literally the worst , but rest assured, I’m in constant conversation with my local , state and federal authorities,( tasked with overseeing this, as well as osha )I would hope everyone that post does the same . And please for your own good and family as well , just stop going to this location, Cody (the GM ) has no incentive or obligation to change, Adam (the dm ) obviously doesn’t care . As long as the money is coming in , seems like it’s the same thing . I pray for whoever eats here , especially kids and the elderly. Smart’n up Lacrosse , you deserve better . But if you continue to go here , after reading this , probably deserve what you get …… fyi , I had to give a star , if I could go negative I would . Not to mention the garbage’s outside constantly overflowing, bathroom disgusting, probably the same do do stains for months ago … could add SO MANY photos and videos, conversations , but , maybe my next rant

Went to eat there and they were playing super Christian music over the radio. Very unwelcoming environment to other religious beliefs. Took food to go.

Dirt store, took me 10 minutes to get talked to, had to wait forever to get my order, I got a cake and they said they’d give me a double crunch layer but it only had one in it. Did not receive any communication that they changed it. They said they forgot about my cake when I came to pick it up it wasn’t even done. So disappointed these jobs are not hard. Calling a customer and talking to them is not hard. Never coming here again.

Came in 20 minutes after they opened for the day to see all surfaces filthy not to mention the flies flying around. Most tables dirty as well! Won't return to a place like this absolutely disgusting

My fiancés burger was cold, had old lettuce, slopped sauce in the corner of his box and none on his burger and the bun was extremely greasy, the fries were mushy. Only good thing he got was the Heath Blizzard. My burger was WAY over sauced with Mayo and Ketchup and the patties were dried out my cheese curds Swede not fried long enough. Overall, we have come to the conclusion that unless we want an ice cream treat, we will never order from here again.

I called yesterday morning for a ice cream cake to be ready by 6-630pm. I get there a little after 6pm and I told the lady I had a ice cream cake order to pick up.... She came back and said sorry it looks like it never got made. I had to pick an ice cream from the freezer. Not happy at all. Poor service and poor customer service. I won't be returning.

Flies flies and more flies flies in the dining area flies in the restroom which were discusting see (video ), If you can get past that, the chicken strips that felt like they were fried straight out of Walmart’s Great value brand .
Cheese sauce that must’ve sat in the cup so long that it had a thin skin like layer to breakthrough to dip into lmao

Good service The staff was nice buttttttt The music was not for everyone as a pumped Christian jams of how much they love Jesus into your head as you try to enjoy your “Sundae” pun intended. food presentation needs to step it up, just a boring handover of thrown and fries thrown in chicken strips and a sloppy sundae. Bring your flyswatter and come check them out!!!

The food is great, but I am concerned for the employees.
I work in a fast food place as well and I can tell that there is something going on. Whenever they come to the window they seem overworked and stressed out. Recently I have also noticed that there are literally 2 people doing all of the order taking and kitchen work.
I have no clue why all of that is going on, but I genuinely wish them luck. Hopefully they will have more staff on shifts because there is no way that they should be overworked like that.
Good job workers, I can tell you are doing as well as you can.

This place is absolutely filthy everywhere. I bought a frozen cake for my daughters bday. I didn't want it opened or them touching it to write on it because the place is so dirty. I will not be going to this one ever again. ?☹️Do better, Dairy Queen. No excuses for that sort of filth in an eating establishment. If I could put a -1 I would.

Took over 10 minutes of standing by the counter before anyone even acknowledged us being there.
The people are very mundane that work here, will it kill you to smile?? I stood there for 20 minutes with no food, I finally just left without my food, yes I paid $25.00 for food and just left without it. I was so upset, I went to Wendy’s that is at the other end of the parking lot and bought $25.00 worth of food and was on my way in less then 5 minutes. Your store here is horrible service, they do not pay attention to customers or there needs at all.
