great food but a long wait at times

Went here on my lunch.Break only one car in the drive, threw ahead of me and it's a single person.I order one burger and a small blizzard.They ask me to pull ahead and wait for my food.Where I waited well over ten minutes?And I left before they brought my food. Don't go to this dairy queen.It's always slow.This was just the worst instance that I decided was worth talking about

Ordered food, was a very long wait.
was handed wrong order.
Then was asked to pull up by the door which didn't make any sense, because the people behind me couldn't get out of the drive-thru..... They should of had me pull around the building to the other door so people could get through....

Finally got my food & blizzard, was told spoon was in the box.
Blizzard had a lid on it, because it was so melted. They must of set it on a stove....

I always thought they were supposed to be able to flip the cup, to make sure it doesn't come pouring out but apparently they just put lids on it, and call it a day.

Got all the way home, to find out no spoon in the box...
Good thing i went home, and wasn't out on vacation or anything, i would of had no way to eat it.

Oh wait maybe that was why they melted it, so i can drink it.
They probably ran out of spoons.

I will never go here again! I was in drive thru and I ordered a plain cheeseburger and chocolate shake. The shake was salty and my cheeseburger had everything on it. I am allergic to tomatoes so I couldn't eat it because of the ketchup. Please listen closely to what your customers order!!!!

I didn't find the workers to be too friendly. The food was ok. The 7$ meal deal is a decent value, but a blizzard was also 7$, which i thought was pretty overpriced. The blizzard was not well mixed either. The service was slow and I had to ask for cups. Just overall not a great experience.

I went through the drive-through and I ordered a chocolate shake, but I could not taste any chocolate. It was too sugary.

There is a homeless man sleeping on a bench and Christian music playing on the speakers on repeat. Not fun.

This place is the worst , as an insider , I can tell you (Cody ) theGM does not care ! Adam the dm does not care ! Both have been coursed excessively on the problems , nothing has changed in a year . Ant problem , fly problem , cleaning is optional. The burger machine , hasn’t been cleaned in months. Temps are never taken , food is left for hours , (1-2 ) and still served . Condiments , rarely changed , queso , chili , gravy , I pray for you if you eat that stuff , I’ve seen it left over for over a week and reused , I’ve seen veggies literally moldy and still .. bread moldy , people , please , just stop going here , they have a store in Onalaska, Tina might be a pos, but at least her store is clean . Seen meat thaw (because they loose power and the refrigerators early work ), but refrozen and used . Literally the worst , but rest assured, I’m in constant conversation with my local , state and federal authorities,( tasked with overseeing this, as well as osha )I would hope everyone that post does the same . And please for your own good and family as well , just stop going to this location, Cody (the GM ) has no incentive or obligation to change, Adam (the dm ) obviously doesn’t care . As long as the money is coming in , seems like it’s the same thing . I pray for whoever eats here , especially kids and the elderly. Smart’n up Lacrosse , you deserve better . But if you continue to go here , after reading this , probably deserve what you get …… fyi , I had to give a star , if I could go negative I would . Not to mention the garbage’s outside constantly overflowing, bathroom disgusting, probably the same do do stains for months ago … could add SO MANY photos and videos, conversations , but , maybe my next rant

Went to eat there and they were playing super Christian music over the radio. Very unwelcoming environment to other religious beliefs. Took food to go.

Dirt store, took me 10 minutes to get talked to, had to wait forever to get my order, I got a cake and they said they’d give me a double crunch layer but it only had one in it. Did not receive any communication that they changed it. They said they forgot about my cake when I came to pick it up it wasn’t even done. So disappointed these jobs are not hard. Calling a customer and talking to them is not hard. Never coming here again.
