I ordered a small hot fudge sundae on a Saturday at 2:30. It took 15 minutes to get only after asking where it was. Two different people with ice cream orders got there’s before me.
I came in to order at 2:00pm and waited inline until 2:30 when I got to order. I saw people walking out behind me, because they didn’t want to wait.
You need more staff two people doesn’t work when it’s 70 out in April.

Came to get ice cream to celebrate my daughter at 8pm. Ordered our ice cream and then sat at a table and a couple minutes later the night manager comes and grouches at us to leave because they are going to be cleaning. All orders will now be to go. They are open until 10pm...and we had to sit in the car to eat our ice cream. Not a great way to treat paying customers!

Went through the drive through. Dark skin dude with black beard was super chill and friendly. Asked for ketchup and got enough unlike other fastfood places. Cheese curds were fresh!!! Gave us the wrong icecream at first but without even asking corrected it!!! Cannot stress enough how great of an employee the guy was!!! Seriously made me wanna come back and enjoy more delicious food!!!

The staff was attentive when I walked in, and my order was taken quickly. It didn't take more than 5 minutes to get my order, and it was hot and delicious. Sideorder was even delivered to me at my table piping hot!

I ordered online and asked for a 6:40 pickup I got there at 6:30 and the food was sitting there done had to wait for the ice cream so the food set there anther 15 minutes. The food was cold by the time I got it. The manager was rude and none of the outside light where on and I told her that lights weren’t on and she was even ruder and didn’t think that was possible. She should not be a manager with that attitude. Very disappointed with this entire experience. Will be a while before I go back to this location.

Zero customer service on my visit to this poorly run establishment.I went in to pick up my order which was ordered hours ahead of time.Not 1 single employee came out from back or acknowledged that I was even there.After waiting for more than 30 minutes I left and went elsewhere to give them my business.Spoke with a so called manager the same night and he would not give his name and acted like he could care less.Sorry but if you are in the customer service business this is unexceptable.Will never visit or give my business again.

Extremely poor to no customer service-ordered ahead of time and went to pick up my order.I waited 30 minutes inside and not one employee came out from back or acknowledged that I was even there.I ended up leaving and going elsewhere to get my ice cream cake.I will never step foot inside this place again.Shame on you.
The girl at the drive through window around 1:30 had the absolute WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. I understand people have bad days and that’s completely understandable but I handed her my card ( mind you I was saying something to her ) and she slammed the window closed. Didn’t say a single word to me. Not a good look for the

I probably would not come back. Drive-thru shut down when I was there (probably due to short staffing, but it didn’t seem like they were short staffed inside), they were out of ranch and napkins, they didn’t give me a cup for my drink and I thought they might give it to me when I got my food but that didn’t happen so I had to ask for the cup after my food came out, my chicken strips were very small — they should be calling them chicken nuggets. If it was a busy dinner time rush I would understand all of these things, but there was only one other customer in there with me.
