Very unprofessional place please don't eat here late like after 8pm you'd think you ordered from chuck e cheese pizza as the staff are young and inconsiderate,food is always cold,late or orders aren't even put in and than they promise you compensation for their mistakes and still don't stand on there word or make a record of u complaining they just say anything to get u off the phone im a regular customer here and havent had this problem before 2023 now its ridiculous and if I may say so I think they're all using drugs

Said pizza was delivered, never showed up and kept asking us to keep searching after 2 hours finally refunded us. Not recommend for delivery service. They steal your food

Order marked as delivered after 30 minutes, but did not receive order. Called after checking every door and was asked multiple times if I checked the porch. Then was told they'd figure out what happened with my food. Checked every door we have every 5-10 minutes for another hour with still no food, so called again. Was again asked multiple times if I checked my front porch. Was only then offered to have the food resent out, got a refund after wasting 1.5 hours of my time because the workers would not own up to or correct their mistake. Not likely to order again.

Previously I would not have felt this way...and I am in the service industry yet hear this:My friend ordered us pizza tonight(11/22/2023). They where trying to ammend the order, waiting approx an hour on the phone...just to be hung up on, even having the call center directly dial them. Hung up again. I decided to call from my phone and let it ring for about 10mins with no answer.Oh yeah, the BBQ pizza had Buffalo sauce all-over the top...which ruined the pizza in my friends eyes and they ended up not even eating any, even though they paid for it.I expect better from an industry leader such as Domino's. Get it together y'all!

Over 40 minutes just for my order to go into the oven so i called and the employee was very rude then hung up on me when i asked for her name. She kept saying "we're doing our best" which is fine whatever but they couldve at least worked with me a little and not been rude and hanging
