Past 3x I've been to Dunkin' in my town, only 1 worker working. Hustling drive thru is their top priority. So us inside customers have to wait 🙄 Why doesn't anyone want to work there?! 🤔 So many ppl jobless!

Worker had person in front of me stall further in the drive through for their order, blocking the drive through so other cars were unable to leave. That is not an effective system. They should've had the person wait in a parking spot instead of holding up the line. Took a chance on this location and I was let down. And they messed up my order.
I waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes to get my coffee. They were very apologetic about the wait but having to wait that long is insane. I will not be coming back to this location again. I have never had to to wait that long at the south side location even when they are busy.

Nice looking building but they do not take care of the landscaping at all. Looks like a jungle in both the front and the back. You'd think that as a business they would take a little more pride in their establishment and make it more visually appealing.
