Worker had person in front of me stall further in the drive through for their order, blocking the drive through so other cars were unable to leave. That is not an effective system. They should've had the person wait in a parking spot instead of holding up the line. Took a chance on this location and I was let down. And they messed up my order.

I waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes to get my coffee. They were very apologetic about the wait but having to wait that long is insane. I will not be coming back to this location again. I have never had to to wait that long at the south side location even when they are busy.

Nice looking building but they do not take care of the landscaping at all. Looks like a jungle in both the front and the back. You'd think that as a business they would take a little more pride in their establishment and make it more visually appealing.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS. BUT, this place has done me dirty so many times. Almost everytime I order cold foam, they still give me whip cream. I wasn’t gonna write a review UNTIL I picked up my drink - a Carmel craze latter- and ITS JUST MILK. Seriously they gave me no espresso in this drink at all. WASTE OF MY MONEY EVERYTIME 😭😭😭 ps this drink is supposed to look brown. Instead it’s white and it’s just milk with Cinnamon sprinkled on top

Dunkins is the best place to go for amazing coffee and donuts and sandwiches. They never fail. Got an amazing sandwich as big as my head practically and an awesome coffee and was quite pleased and the staff at the drive-up was super friendly!
Our only problem is the blonde lady that never gets half of the order right. Especially cold foam. How hard must it be to place cold foam on a drink and how do you miss that every single time?

How is this a donut place when they are CONSTANTLY out of donuts?? Also, the wage for these workers is borderline criminal. Maybe if they paid more, they wouldn’t be so understaffed. I do not recommend this location if you actually want a donut.

How do you burn everything? The last few times I’ve came, my food has been burnt. I absolutely love that fast service and the friendly drive thru staff but My croissant was rock hard. I’m so disappointed. Starbucks no longer has these croissants so when I found out Dunkin’s had them I got so excited but I’m just so disappointed.
