I suggest changing the name to Grumpy Donuts. Saturday morning and we need to avoid all eye contacts or they will kill you with their negative attitude.

Not going there anymore, Kwik Trip has better donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and customer service.

You know, this has gotta be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They always have an attitude when you go there to order very bad customer service. If you don't like your job, don't work there. You don't need to get attitude with a customer just because you're short-staffed and then telling people before you even order that you're gonna have to wait. You have to wait at every restaurant you go to order at. This is not the first time this has happened either. This happens all the time at this Dunkin' Donuts. You can't even go to your local Dunkin' Donuts to enjoy a coffee without getting a attitude from Dunkin' Donuts, workers.

As unfortunate as this is to make this review it’s well overdue. I love Dunkin, but every single time my family orders from here it’s an awful experience. I always place mobile orders for our convenience and Dunkin’s… but every single time we are asked to pull forward and wait. After pulling forward, 5 cars passed in the drive thru getting their orders while we were still waiting for our mobile order. Just 3 drinks, no food. We walked inside to grab our order due to no one coming out even after the drive thru was cleared. Our drinks were clearly made awhile ago due to the condensation sitting on the cups. So while all of this is always an ongoing issue, so is the inconsistency of our drinks!! My latte tastes like garbage today. It’s literally a brown latte and the other latte we ordered is white. Why is there so much of a difference? Mine looks like an iced coffee with a “splash” of milk. Not what I ordered.

Due to these kind of experiences, we no longer want to continue to come to Dunkin. Just a waste of time and money at this specific location. You’re better off going elsewhere for your coffee.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Dunkin has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I often place a mobile order at 6am for coffee to bring to work and a breakfast sandwich. This sandwhich has bacon on it, and I don’t eat pork so I change it to turkey sausage. Every time this one particular staff member always gives me bacon and doesn’t even toast my sandwhich. If they’re out of sausage they could say something. Also, she is very unprofessional and rude. Every time I see her she makes me feel like a burden for getting coffee from a coffee place. No manners, snarky, and has no sense of urgency whatsoever, even when I’m very clearly in scrubs on my way to work. Please quit your job if you’re that unhappy. It sets my entire mornings off when I see her working the window. Going to starbucks from now on or the North side Dunkin.

I came in 3/29-25 at 11:40 am asked about donuts the gentleman said this is all we have I said for all day he said yes I said your Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t there supposed to be donuts all day sad very disappointed

Very rude ppl. The guy who took my order (drive thru) to the gal who handed me my food. I asked for a cup carrier and she said "yep". Handed my coffee and donuts to me as I was saying thank you and shut the window on my face. I will not be going back, a smile, "good morning, hello, thank you, come again." An acknowledgement is always appreciated. If you hate your job then quit, if you're having a bad day, remember your manners. Both should be fired.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since I was in HS and usually don’t write stuff when I have an issue but I went today 11/14/24, ordered ahead aswell, but when I went to pick it up the girl running the microphone was so rude to me and I just thought you know whatever but when I got to the window she was rude there too and when I was going to grab my drink she pushed it at me and I almost dropped it and on top of it all my drink is full of ice I hardly had a drink, I took maybe 5 drinks and it’s gone and now I’m left with a full cup of ice! So disappointed!!

I have gone to this location multiple times. Each time I go something is always wrong. Breakfast sandwich is messed up, lost the order, forgetting to bring out the order after being asked to pull up, missing donuts. The other location on the north side is more consistent and has never messed up my order.

The employee who helped me was very rude and short and not helpful. I placed a mobile order early in the day and it said it was being made and then completed but when I arrived there was no order. I understand this could have been a glitch in sending over my order but a little help would have been nice. The floor was sticky and I will not be returning to this location.
