food may not be healthy but the lady at the very early morning shift is nice i like her. The younger woman served me burnt hashbrown??? before the lady came that morning (feb 21) im currently posting @feb 22 so... yeah i hope that it won't happen again to another customer (the burnt hash brown)

My sister and I drove an hour to come try the valentines donuts and they said they were all out and would be ready with some more at 5am. I believe she could see the upsetting faces and decided to grab some from the back and make them on the spot. Thanks for that wonderful employee:)

I placed an order through my app. 2 bags of coffee they did not have and told me how i had to call the corporate office and try to get my money back. How i should have known the bagged coffee was not in stock. She did not apologize or try to correct anything. I was very disappointed. I go to dunkin at different locations a couple times a week. Very disappointing

By far the WORST coffee I've had... ordered a caramel drink tasted like old burnt coffee, not a drop of caramel. My husband ordered a Peppermint drink and also burnt day old taste with no Peppermint flavor. And took SO long (like 15 min) to get our drinks... in the drive through. Save your money and go to Starbucks.

Terrible service.. 3 people working.. waited almost 10 minutes at counter with no service as they focused on drive thru.. the rude girl almost ran into me taking an order outside giving me a dirty look.. staff needs a complete overhaul before I'll go back... 2 bad experiences in a row.. go to the other

Egg wraps are excellent but do not get the loaded hash browns. 5 soggy hash rounds, cheese sauce a few pieces of bacon, and no utensil to eat with. Not very tasty

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employees walked past to go to the bathroom, one was making coffee and one talking on their headset to a drivethru. No one asked if I needed help. No one said hello. When I asked if they were providing service at the counter they just stared at me so I left. Good work people! I hope they go out of business soon.

Didn't have hot food available but you didn't Find out until you ordered. This was a problem because the line was very long. There should have been a sign posted earlayer in the drive through line.

You know, I wasn't going to leave a review because I am usually understanding when a chain restaurant is out of something. Except this time. Donuts. They were completely out of donuts. The only thing they could offer was donut holes, and not even the whole selection, just 2 flavors (chocolate and blueberry) How is this possible?? It's in the name!!!!! Dunkin DONUTS!!!!!! I will never come back to this establishment. Also, it's 2 pm on a Saturday. They are open till 9. Make some more dang donuts!
