Cute place with a decent amount of space for being a smaller shop. Friendly staff and had a delicious coffee and smoothie! They’ve got sugar free caramel and vanilla too! Tasted so good!

My husband and I were out looking for a late in the day pick-me-up. We first visited Moka, and spent 14.00 something on our coffee. As soon as we took our first sip, we were met with a bitter and old taste. We immediately threw those out and headed home. We happen to live on the same street that Global Grounds is located on. We decided last minute to ride down there and see if they were open and they were. We ordered two small coffees, one cappuccino and a macchiato. Wow! Great coffee! I was really surprised at how tame and smooth their coffee is. I noticed inside that not only was this place really nice atmosphere wise, there is also a little reading nook located inside this coffee shop right in the window area with live plants and adorable decorations. Before today, I’d never been here once. After today, you guys will probably see me daily. This coffee is phenomenal, the prices were great, cup sizes are good, great employee that served us, and I love the environment!

Simply the best coffee shop in La Crosse. Delicious home-baked muffins and granola. Healthy light lunch items. I always judge a coffee shop by how good their matcha lattes are. Global Grounds are the real deal. Plus boba. Great vibe, sweet setting off campus at UWL. And real tea expertise. Buy your leaves by the ounce or pound! Did I mention the helpful baristas? Yeah I’m a regular.

Nice assortment of vegan options on the menu, and good coffee drinks. The smoothie bowl and avocado toast are delicious and most of the baked goods are vegan and very good. Nice ambiance, too.

The vegan muffins are amazing! They have a variety of vegan options to choose from. My daughter and I really enjoyed the avocado toast, pumpkin muffin and smoothie we ordered. It's a great place to meet up with someone for a beverage and snack. We go any time we're in La crosse.
