The barista working today, 09/20/2025 evening shift, is one amazing worker!! She handled the rush like a boss and I hope she gets a raise!! I wish I got her name. Top tier worker and person, YOU GO GIRL!!

Since the new owners have taken over, the service and quality of coffee has gone down hill. The last three times I went, the woman working had terrible customer service skills, didnt greet us, very cold and wouldnt even make eye contact. She acted like she was annoyed with having to do her job. The last time I went, I asked for for half caffinated due to heart palpitations, the same woman acted annoyed by that. My coffee didnt taste like coffee at all, tasted like chocolate milk.
Very disappointed in my experience here as this used to be my favorite spot, wont be coming here any more.

Tried to order a food item and was told that no one had ever ordered that… and the oven wasn’t on. Ok. Tried to order a coffee but they didn’t have any espresso beans… Poor cashier seemed at a loss. Do they even get customers?

The last two times I've been to this location, it has not been open. I waited for 45 minutes this last time, today as there are two different open times on this location 9:30 and 10 am. Quite disappointed. Not sure I'll be back.

Got the Honey Almond Bliss, Mocha Voltage, Mocha Coffee, and English Toffee. All were handcrafted with care. Superior taste and price, recommend large size and save for later. Great service very friendly owner and staff.

They were so rude,like they ignored us the first time we ordered. They messed up our drink on purpose I believe because we had asked for a cold one they gave us a hot I was not happy they charged a whole extra dollar and 25 cents that was not tax we had already paid it

I liked it better before it closed and reopened under a new owner. I still take my kids, but it's not the same. Every shelf is empty, and there is nothing to make this place stand out from anywhere else. The last 3 times we went, it was a kid who was new and very slow due to being so new/ untrained.

Gloria Jean’s is the BEST! We are so HAPPY that they are back!! Our favorites are Cafe Mocha hot latte, coco loco, cookie crumble avalanche.. everything is so good! & the new owner is super sweet! I wish they would open a store in Mount Juliet, TN!! 😘☕️Thank you, Gloria Jeans! 🤎☕️💕
