Kari is always very friendly and polite. I usually do a mobile order and when i walk in the door and she greets me by name and has my soda cup ready for me. And when i order at the counter I always get great customer service from Kari...all the employees are very nice!! Great job guys!!

I walked into the Northside LaCrosse Hardees, stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from staff. It was around 9:30am. Yes they were working but looked my way several times with no acknowledgement. A simple I'll be with you shortly would have been sufficient. Then I saw a sign to provide a review, I pulled out my phone to snap the qr code, miraculous they saw that and then said I'll be right with you. So were they afraid of my bad review? Likely not, they just work there. Ordered my food a short bit later as a to go order. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. Fast food, not anymore...I get quicker service at LaCrosse Family restaurant and the price is cheaper, food size more. I understand why they have such short daily hours.

The woman working drive thru was rude and the food was absolute garbage. The “chicken tenders” that were over $6 were the size of McDonald’s nuggets and that’s not an exaggeration. The mushroom Swiss burger had exactly 3 tiny mushroom slices on it and the fries were mushy and disgusting and only half full. What a giant waste of $30.

Ordered a sandwich, fry and wrap then waited behind the only other vehicle in line for about 20 minutes or so. Shame because I’ve never had an issue at this Hardee’s prior. Would think with the AI ordering there’d be more help available to keep things moving
