Ordered a sandwich, fry and wrap then waited behind the only other vehicle in line for about 20 minutes or so. Shame because I’ve never had an issue at this Hardee’s prior. Would think with the AI ordering there’d be more help available to keep things moving

Besides one high school aged entitled brat who didn't last long, I've always had great customer service from these guys! And they have no problem accommodating my request for fresh fries when they've been sitting a while ❤️🤤
Everytime i go though the drive thru everyone is so rude. They act like you’re a burden. It’s not like they can give the excuse that it’s busy because it never is

Door dashed here unfortunately and biggest mistake ever. Waited an hour for order since dine in was closed. Many cars left due to the wait time, unfortunately I couldn’t as I’m a dasher. Went up to ask them how long it’ll take and they claim they “just got the ticket” and will be out in 2 secs… I’ve worked in fast food before and tickets for DoorDash usually come pretty quick. Some cars got their food while most left. Horrible. Wont stop here again even if not dashing. I’m patient enough to wait but for FOUR ITEMS I just can’t.

One of my favorite fast food places to eat. But fast food should never cost, an arm and a leg, for a meal. Plus they took away their chicken and waffles, which was so amazingly delicious ?.
We were the only customers. And we were in the drive through. It took over 15 minutes to give us 2 sausage biscuits. Nothing else, and it came up to $11. That's just outrageous, and what poor customer service

Ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive thru they had no customers inside and had to sit in car n wait for 25 minutes and there was only 2 other cars in drive through. That is the worst I've ever seen wow! Never again!!!
