Very stressful atmosphere. The woman in the kitchen was yelling at the employees and struggling with tasks. They didnt have a register on, but a woman took our order at a different monitor and had to walk away to take payment. There was a lobby full of people waiting. After we ordered we sat patiently for 40 minutes. Other people started getting their order, so I went up to ask how much longer. The man scrolled through the orders and found ours. It wasn't even started. He asked the woman in the kitchen to start it right away, but like i said she was struggling. I asked if we could just get a refund and he said "the woman in the kitchen is also the manager and she would have to come out here". We decided to just leave and take the loss. Very disappointing.

Stopped by for a biscuit and sausage gravy thru the drive thru because the lobby area wasn't open AGAIN for dine in. I got home and the gravy didn't have ANY sausage! Not one piece!!! All it was was flour gravy with pepper and the biscuit which was hard on top. Definitely not worth the price!!! I'm tired of getting sub par food here. Many other places with better food and worth the price. This was so disappointing. What's with the dining room seldom being open? Just rediculous.I'm done coming here.
Hardee's in general has excellent quality food, this location included. Now, since Justin no longer manages this location and it has gone way downhill. The staff is very slow and doesn't understand simple requests (I mean adults not HS aged kids). Ketchups pump is gone because, "it's too hard to clean" (what?)Hopefully someone steps in to get the staff back on track. The food speaks for itself, the staff - does not unfortunately.Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Need no salt fries ? Just ask! They can make accommodations.Parking: They have parking all around the building.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly kids meals!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible with wide doors and nice tables for wheelchairs.
